基于云服務(wù)技術(shù)的水資源管理時(shí)態(tài)GIS的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著GIS技術(shù)和Intemet技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,GIS技術(shù)逐漸網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,形成一種新興的技術(shù),即WebGIS技術(shù)。當(dāng)前,WebGIS技術(shù)在水利行業(yè)的應(yīng)用得到了迅速的發(fā)展。很多國家和地區(qū)基于WebGIS建立起自己的水資源信息管理系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)水資源合理的調(diào)配和使用,為水利部門的決策提供科學(xué)有效的支持。然而面對(duì)水資源信息中日漸豐富的文字、圖形、圖像等多媒體資料和對(duì)水資源信息分析的更高需求,用戶不在滿足簡單的地理位置查詢與檢索功能,從最初相對(duì)單一、簡單的需求逐步向更為多樣化、多功能化的需求。 RIA(富互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用)的出現(xiàn)給WebGIS提供了新的發(fā)展方向,它具有豐富的界面表現(xiàn)力、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用快速部署、交互速度更加迅速的特點(diǎn)。Flex技術(shù)是當(dāng)前最流行的RIA技術(shù)之一,它具有豐富多樣的組件,對(duì)多媒體的支持性好,通過可視設(shè)計(jì)用戶界面布局等功能可以加快開發(fā)。本文在系統(tǒng)分析了引黃入晉太原供水區(qū)的特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種將Flex技術(shù)與WebGIS技術(shù)相結(jié)合的分布式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,在深入研究分析用戶需求后,采用基于ArcGISServer的時(shí)態(tài)GIS技術(shù)及其REST風(fēng)格架構(gòu)和ArcGIS API for Flex設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于富客戶端技術(shù)的水資源信息管理系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源信息的管理與共享。并且在傳統(tǒng)水資源信息管理系統(tǒng)功能的基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)對(duì)水資源信息時(shí)態(tài)分析、客戶端矢量要素在線編輯、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能、矢量要素按屬性檢索和矢量要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)按文件導(dǎo)出等功能上進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合了ArcGIS Server中的REST Service通信無狀態(tài)性的特點(diǎn)和Flex技術(shù)的的富客戶端優(yōu)勢(shì),使其具有表現(xiàn)力豐富、交互性強(qiáng)、響應(yīng)速度快、跨瀏覽器和跨平臺(tái)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方面,本文將云計(jì)算思想應(yīng)用到水資源信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過Google公有云、ArcGIS Server私有云,以及在Flex客戶端實(shí)現(xiàn)的Google公有云與ArcGIS Server私有云融合的混合云構(gòu)建云水資源信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)跨地域、跨空間的水資源信息數(shù)據(jù)云端共享。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of GIS and Intemet technology and the wide application of GIS technology, a new technology, WebGIS technology, has been formed. At present, the application of WebGIS technology in water conservancy industry has been developed rapidly. Many countries and regions have established their own water resources information management system based on WebGIS to realize the rational allocation and use of water resources and to provide scientific and effective support for the decision-making of water conservancy departments. However, in the face of the increasingly abundant text, graphics, images and other multimedia materials in water resources information and the higher demand for water resources information analysis, users are not satisfied with simple geographical location query and retrieval functions, and from the beginning, they are relatively single. The emergence of RIA (Rich Internet Application) provides a new direction of development for WebGIS, which has rich interface performance and rapid deployment of Internet applications. Flex is one of the most popular RIA technologies. It has a variety of components, good support for multimedia, visual design of user interface layout and other functions can accelerate the development. Based on the systematic analysis of the characteristics of Taiyuan water supply area from Yellow River to Shanxi Province, this paper proposes a distributed system design scheme which combines Flex technology with WebGIS technology. A water resources information management system based on rich client technology is designed by using the temporal GIS technology based on ArcGIS Server and its rest style architecture and ArcGIS API for Flex to realize the management and sharing of water resources information. Based on the functions of traditional water resources information management system, the functions of temporal analysis of water resources information, online editing of client-side vector elements, and statistical analysis are emphasized. The functions of vector element retrieval by attribute and vector element data by file are studied and designed. Combined with the stateless characteristics of rest Service communication in ArcGIS Server and the rich client advantage of Flex technology, it has the advantages of rich expressiveness, strong interaction, fast response speed, cross-browser and cross-platform. This paper applies cloud computing idea to water resources information database, constructs cloud water resources information database through Google public cloud ArcGIS Server private cloud and hybrid cloud of Google public cloud and ArcGIS Server private cloud, which is realized in Flex client. Cross-spatial water resources information data cloud sharing.
