基于MapGIS的開發(fā)區(qū)土地利用數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著我國城市化進程的加快,特別是各級開發(fā)區(qū)的飛速發(fā)展,人地矛盾日益突出,土地利用變化更為頻繁,傳統(tǒng)的土地信息管理模式已經(jīng)越來越不能適應(yīng)新時期土地利用信息管理和經(jīng)濟建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。特別是對紛繁龐雜的土地數(shù)據(jù)一直缺乏有效的管理工具和應(yīng)用手段,而GIS軟件應(yīng)用于土地管理以輔助土地部門的日常辦公和輔助決策日趨體現(xiàn)出其價值所在。采用先進的GIS技術(shù)及Internet網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),深化土地管理工作中的信息化建設(shè),對于進一步提升土地利用管理的科學水平,促進土地管理的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。 本文討論了將GIS應(yīng)用于土地利用管理的優(yōu)勢和意義,通過分析研究當前土地利用管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,在比較各土地利用管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討采用B/S三層架構(gòu),以SQL Server和MapGIS平臺為基礎(chǔ),以Silverlight技術(shù)、.NET技術(shù)和分布式空間庫技術(shù)等為手段,研究了開發(fā)區(qū)土地利用信息管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,實現(xiàn)了地圖操作、數(shù)據(jù)查詢和分析和系統(tǒng)維護等功能模塊。從而較好解決了傳統(tǒng)土地利用數(shù)據(jù)管理中存在的可視性差,難查詢評價,交互性弱等問題,本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程中,注重系統(tǒng)的安全性、開放性、交互性和可擴展性等特點。在計算機軟硬件的支持下,對開發(fā)區(qū)土地利用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進行管理、操作、顯示和分析,本文的研究有助于土地資源信息的共享,為開發(fā)區(qū)土地利用管理方法作了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of China's urbanization process, especially the rapid development of the development zones at all levels, the contradiction between human and land is becoming more and more prominent and the change of land use is more frequent. The traditional land information management model has become more and more unable to adapt to the requirements of the land use information management and the sustainable development of the economy in the new period. The land data has always been lack of effective management tools and application means, and the application of GIS software to land management to assist the daily office and auxiliary decision-making of the land department is becoming more and more important. Using advanced GIS technology and Internet network technology to deepen the information construction in the land management work, to further enhance the soil It is of great significance to utilize the scientific level of management to promote the sustainable development of land management.
This paper discusses the advantages and significance of applying GIS to land use management. By analyzing the current research status and existing problems of land use management information system, on the basis of comparing various land use management systems, this paper discusses the use of B/S three layer architecture, based on SQL Server and MapGIS platform, Silverlight technology and.NET technology. The construction of land use information management system in the development zone is studied by means of operation and distributed space database technology. The function modules, such as map operation, data query and analysis and system maintenance, are realized, which can solve the problems of poor visibility, difficult query evaluation and weak interaction in the traditional land use data management. In the process of design and implementation, we should pay attention to the security, openness, interactivity and extensibility of the system. Under the support of the computer software and hardware, the land use related data in the development zone are managed, operated, displayed and analyzed. The research of this paper is helpful to the sharing of the information of the land resources and the methods of land use management in the development zone. A useful exploration.
