【摘要】：三維GIS應(yīng)用于樓宇租賃管理,不僅空間信息的展示更為直觀,而且多維度空間分析功能更加強(qiáng)大。本文利用側(cè)軸投影以及后期紋理、貼圖、修正等處理將三維數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換成2.5維數(shù)據(jù),解決了數(shù)據(jù)量大和加載速度慢的問題;通過構(gòu)建三維矢量圖并與2.5維地圖匹配融合,可以方便地查詢屬性信息;室內(nèi)地圖的制作包括概念建模、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換、地圖切片三個(gè)步驟。文章將樓宇外部輪廓的三維模型和室內(nèi)二維地圖相結(jié)合,注重精細(xì)化管理和多維度、多層次的管理需要,使用戶對樓宇信息管理系統(tǒng)的使用更加方便。
[Abstract]:The application of 3D GIS in building rental management not only shows the spatial information more intuitively, but also has a more powerful function of multi-dimensional spatial analysis. In this paper, we use side axis projection, texture, mapping, correction and other processing to convert 3D data into 2.5 dimensional data, which solves the problems of large amount of data and slow loading speed. It is easy to query attribute information, and indoor map making includes three steps: conceptual modeling, data conversion and map slicing. This paper combines the three-dimensional model of the outer contour of the building with the indoor two-dimensional map, pays attention to the detailed management, multi-dimensional and multi-level management needs, and makes the use of the building information management system more convenient.
