基于ArcGis的江西省水災預報系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:伴隨著農(nóng)村的城市化發(fā)展,雨災洪水對市鎮(zhèn)和鄉(xiāng)村的影響越來越嚴重。在我國和外國,城市里洪災則多有發(fā)生。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的進步以及GlobeWorming(全球變暖)導致的氣候事故越加頻繁起來。雨水造成的城市中斷與交通堵塞、房屋塌方、電力供應中斷、在地底下的進水影響越發(fā)明顯。強化水情相關技術的研究,完成對氣象雨情的監(jiān)測和信息化建設,利用現(xiàn)在的信息科技對未來可能發(fā)生的情況進行預警,以指導現(xiàn)實生活中的政府和群眾的行政決策或個人對策,這對減少城鎮(zhèn)洪水所帶來的人員和財產(chǎn)損失以及保護社會和全民經(jīng)濟的有序發(fā)展意義重大,也是非常必要和迫不及待的。 WebGIS整合了計算機網(wǎng)絡以及GIS技術,有很好的分析與管理作用,其圖形化的直觀顯示效果,結合一定的算法和業(yè)務邏輯,可以將已發(fā)生的情況和將來可能的演變結果形象化地輸出,使得用戶能在第一時間掌握目標情況,WEBGIS因其多方面的優(yōu)越性,使用范圍慢慢變得廣泛了。本課題通過對江西省雨水情數(shù)據(jù)信息的研究,確定了合適的平臺和結構等,以Windows Server+ArcGISServer為開發(fā)平臺,Visua1C#為開發(fā)語言,Visual Studio2010為開發(fā)工具,SQL server作后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的強大組合技術進行系統(tǒng)的整個研發(fā)。 本文深入剖析了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺ArcGIS服務器結構,,討論了ArcGISServer的內(nèi)在結構、開發(fā)服務器對象的技術,為建構系統(tǒng)打好了堅實的技術基礎。最終在ArcGISServer平臺上建立了江西省雨情設計需要的預報系統(tǒng),本中主要講述了本應用的數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、總體結構設計以及部分的編碼實現(xiàn)和最終的測試過程等,并研究探討了洪水仿真模型,這是相應模塊的理論基礎。 論文的主要工作是介紹了江西省雨水情近年的情況,并作了深入分析,在這個基礎上設計了江西省雨水情WebGIS系統(tǒng)的總體結構,規(guī)劃了空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的存儲,并完成了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),提出了在當前江西省雨水情的分析監(jiān)測和發(fā)布因種種條件限制不及時的問題,實現(xiàn)了一個有針對性的應用系統(tǒng),自動管理測站的數(shù)據(jù),進行分析得出結論,為最終的預報建立了基礎,為決策提供了指導依據(jù)。最后對系統(tǒng)未來的可擴展性作了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in rural areas, the effects of rain and flood on towns and villages are becoming more and more serious. In our country and in foreign countries, urban flooding is more common. With socio-economic progress and climate accidents caused by Globe Worming, more frequent. Rain Water caused urban disruptions and traffic jams, housing collapses, power supply disruptions, and the effect of underground water on the water was even more pronounced. Strengthen the research on hydrologic related technologies, complete the monitoring and information construction of meteorological rain conditions, and use the current information technology to give early warning of possible future situations. In order to guide the real life of the government and the masses of administrative decisions or personal countermeasures, this is of great significance to reduce the loss of people and property caused by urban floods and to protect the orderly development of society and the economy of the whole people. Is also very necessary and impatient. WebGIS integrates the computer network and GIS technology, has the very good analysis and the management function, its graphical visual display effect, unifies the certain algorithm and the service logic, It is possible to visualize the situation that has occurred and the possible evolution in the future, so that the user can grasp the target situation in the first time. Because of its advantages in many aspects, WEBGIS has gradually become more and more widely used. Based on the study of the Rain Water data in Jiangxi Province, the suitable platform and structure are determined. Taking Windows Server ArcGISServer as the development platform, Visual 1C# is used as the development language and visual Studio2010 as the development tool for the powerful combination technology of SQL server as the backstage database to carry on the whole research and development of the system. This paper deeply analyzes the structure of ArcGIS server, discusses the inherent structure of ArcGISServer and the technology of developing server object, which lays a solid technical foundation for the construction of the system. Finally, the forecast system of the rain situation design in Jiangxi Province is established on the ArcGISServer platform. This paper mainly describes the database design of this application, the overall structure design, part of the coding implementation and the final testing process, etc. The flood simulation model is studied and discussed, which is the theoretical basis of the corresponding module. The main work of this paper is to introduce the situation of Rain Water in Jiangxi Province in recent years, and make a deep analysis. On this basis, the overall structure of Rain Water WebGIS system in Jiangxi Province is designed, and the storage of spatial data and attribute data is planned. The development of the system is completed, and the problems of analyzing, monitoring and releasing the Rain Water situation in Jiangxi province are put forward, which are not timely due to various conditions, and a targeted application system is realized, which can automatically manage the data of the survey station. The conclusion is established for the final forecast and the basis for decision-making is provided. Finally, the future expansibility of the system is prospected.
