【摘要】：針對主流的面向?qū)ο蠓诸惙椒ㄔ谶b感影像處理中的使用范圍不明確的問題,以e-Cognition軟件平臺為基礎(chǔ),處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)集,綜合考慮視覺效果、總體精度和用戶精度3方面,系統(tǒng)地比較分析了主流的面向?qū)ο蠓诸惙椒ㄔ诟叻直媛视跋裰械姆诸愋Ч途确治�。試�?yàn)結(jié)果表明:使用不同的分類方法均存在混分現(xiàn)象且混分對象不完全一樣。在處理同一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)集時(shí),隸屬度函數(shù)分類方法的精度最高但分類速度最慢,Bayes的分類效果最差但操作簡單,支持向量機(jī)(SVM)、決策樹(DT)、隨機(jī)森林(RF)的分類速度均較快且都有較高的精度,其中SVM分類方法在區(qū)分相似性高的對象方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢。在選擇高分影像分類方法時(shí),要充分考慮分類影像的特征選擇從而選擇合適的分類方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the application scope of the mainstream object oriented classification method in remote sensing image processing is not clear, based on the e-Cognition software platform, the standard data set is processed, the visual effect, the overall accuracy and the user accuracy are considered, and the mainstream object oriented classification method in the high resolution image is systematically compared and analyzed. The result of classification results and accuracy analysis. The result of the experiment shows that there is a mixture phenomenon and the mixed object is not exactly the same. When dealing with the same standard data set, the membership degree function classification method has the highest precision but the slowest classification speed, the Bayes classification effect is worst but the operation is simple, the support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT) The classification speed of random forest (RF) is relatively fast and has high precision, and the SVM classification method has obvious advantages in distinguishing objects with high similarity. When selecting high score image classification methods, we should take full consideration of the feature selection of classified images so as to choose the appropriate classification method.
