贛州市地下綜合管線信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:城市地下管線是城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成部分,對現(xiàn)代化城市建設(shè)和城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著重要作用,被譽為城市的“生命線”。近年來,隨著贛州城市發(fā)展步伐的不斷加快,城市地下空間的開發(fā)力度不斷加強,管線敷設(shè)的數(shù)量和長度也隨著城市建設(shè)的變化而處于不斷增多及更新狀態(tài),管線管理難度也在不斷增大。由于管線信息管理不完善,造成施工失誤,挖壞或挖斷地下管線的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生,給人們的正常社會工作和生活造成諸多不便。因此,如何對城市地下管線進(jìn)行高效的統(tǒng)一管理將顯得非常重要。現(xiàn)階段,已經(jīng)有很多城市建立了城市地下管線信息系統(tǒng),而贛州城市地下管線信息化管理還處于初級發(fā)展階段,為此本文對贛州市地下綜合管線信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與開發(fā)。 本文以贛州市地下管線探測及信息化建設(shè)項目為依托,在現(xiàn)有地下管線探測成果基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了贛州市地下綜合管線信息系統(tǒng)的實際需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計和功能模塊的設(shè)計,然后在參照與地下管線信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)上,,根據(jù)贛州市地下管線的特點,對贛州市地下綜合管線的分類、分層與編碼進(jìn)行了定義,建立了統(tǒng)一地管線數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);最后系統(tǒng)選用Oracle11g企業(yè)版作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用C#開發(fā)語言和ArcGIS Engine組件在.Net開發(fā)環(huán)境下對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā),系統(tǒng)包括地下管線綜合應(yīng)用、地下管線空間數(shù)據(jù)管理和地下管線系統(tǒng)管理三個子系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了對管線數(shù)據(jù)的編輯、查詢、統(tǒng)計、空間分析、數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)理查錯、數(shù)據(jù)入庫、數(shù)據(jù)輸出等功能。
[Abstract]:Urban underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure, which plays an important role in modern urban construction and urban economic development, and is known as the "lifeline" of the city. In recent years, with the accelerating pace of urban development in Ganzhou, the development of urban underground space has been strengthened, and the number and length of pipeline laying has been increasing and updating with the change of urban construction. Pipeline management is also increasing difficulty. Because the pipeline information management is not perfect, the construction is wrong, the phenomenon of digging or breaking the underground pipeline often occurs, which causes many inconvenience to people's normal social work and life. Therefore, how to carry on the high-efficient unified management to the city underground pipeline will be very important. At present, many cities have established the underground pipeline information system, but Ganzhou city underground pipeline information management is still in the primary stage of development, so this paper designs and develops the Ganzhou underground pipeline information system. Based on the project of underground pipeline detection and information construction in Ganzhou city, this paper first analyzes the actual demand and business process of the underground pipeline information system in Ganzhou city, based on the existing underground pipeline detection results. The system is designed as a whole and the function module is designed. Then, according to the characteristics of the underground pipeline in Ganzhou city, the author classifies the underground comprehensive pipeline in Ganzhou city, referring to the relevant norms and standards related to the information construction of underground pipeline, and according to the characteristics of the underground pipeline in Ganzhou City. Stratification and coding are defined and unified pipeline data standard is established. Finally, Oracle11g Enterprise Edition is selected as the database of the system, and the system is developed by using C # development language and ArcGIS Engine component in the. Net development environment. The system includes three subsystems: underground pipeline comprehensive application, underground pipeline spatial data management and underground pipeline system management. Data output and other functions.
