邛崍配電網(wǎng)GIS綜合信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來電力電網(wǎng)建設(shè)效果顯著,隨著大量電力設(shè)施的建設(shè)與投運(yùn),電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)由原來的單一放射形轉(zhuǎn)向互連拓?fù)湫停路結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,四川邛崍供電公司在配電網(wǎng)管理、調(diào)度、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行方面面臨較大壓力,需要有與之相適應(yīng)的管理手段來指導(dǎo)配電線路的建設(shè)和運(yùn)行工作。為改變傳統(tǒng)的電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理方式,進(jìn)行圖形可視化管理,,并與相關(guān)的電力設(shè)備資源數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行空間分析,需要基于地理信息GIS技術(shù),研制開發(fā)一套配電網(wǎng)GIS綜合信息系統(tǒng),為快速發(fā)展的電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理提供全新的技術(shù)手段。 本論文針對(duì)邛崍市的實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求,對(duì)GIS系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了深入研究,采用C/S+B/S混合架構(gòu),完成基于邛崍配電網(wǎng)GIS綜合信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),C/S模式主要開發(fā)圖形自動(dòng)生成和數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)功能,采用MapInfo Professional進(jìn)行開發(fā)。B/S模式開發(fā)配電線路圖形發(fā)布功能,主要采用MapInfo MapXtreme進(jìn)行開發(fā)。將GIS和GPS衛(wèi)星定位技術(shù)結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)配電線路圖形的全自動(dòng)生成。論文還對(duì)開發(fā)的配電網(wǎng)GIS信息系統(tǒng)的主要功能進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的測(cè)試與運(yùn)行,包括邛崍電力配電網(wǎng)的設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(空間信息、臺(tái)賬信息)的搭建、地圖操作、空間數(shù)據(jù)查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)等模塊的具體應(yīng)用,研究工作促進(jìn)了邛崍配電網(wǎng)知識(shí)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)圖形可視化管理,為供電公司提供先進(jìn)技術(shù)管理手段。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction effect of electric power network has been remarkable. With the construction and operation of a large number of power facilities, the power network structure has changed from the original single radiation form to the interconnection topology type, and the line structure is complex. The Qionglai Power supply Company of Sichuan Province manages and dispatches the distribution network. The economic operation is under great pressure, so it is necessary to have appropriate management means to guide the construction and operation of distribution lines. In order to change the traditional power network resource management mode, carry on the graph visual management, and carry on the spatial analysis with the related power equipment resource data, need based on the geography information GIS technology, develop a set of distribution network GIS synthesis information system. For the rapid development of power network resources management to provide a new technical means. Aiming at the practical application demand of Qionglai City, this paper deeply studies the key technologies and difficulties of GIS system research and development, and adopts the C / S / B / S hybrid architecture. The development of GIS integrated information system based on Qionglai distribution network is completed. The C / S mode mainly develops the functions of automatic graph generation and data maintenance. The distribution line graph publishing function is developed by using MapInfo Professional mode. The distribution line graph publishing function is mainly developed by MapInfo MapXtreme mode. GIS and GPS satellite positioning technology are combined to realize the automatic generation of distribution line graphics. The paper also carries on the actual test and the operation to the main function of the GIS information system of the distribution network, including the construction of the equipment basic information database (spatial information, account information), the map operation of Qionglai electric power distribution network. With the application of spatial data query and statistics module, the research work has promoted Qionglai distribution network knowledge base, realized the visual management of distribution network graphics, and provided advanced technical management means for power supply company.
