【摘要】:部隊醫(yī)院作為一個擔(dān)負著保障所在部隊官兵健康及日常防疫保健任務(wù)的醫(yī)院,是部隊建設(shè)與發(fā)展不可或缺的一部分。如今我國大部分地方醫(yī)院均已將醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)用于醫(yī)院醫(yī)療業(yè)務(wù)與日常管理中。如何加快推進部隊醫(yī)院的信息化建設(shè)關(guān)乎著廣大官兵的切身利益。地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)是能夠?qū)⒖臻g實體與數(shù)據(jù)進行很好的地理表達、處理,及空間分析等信息系統(tǒng)。近幾年,GIS技術(shù)在國民生產(chǎn)的各行各業(yè)已得到廣泛應(yīng)用。 醫(yī)院及其內(nèi)部的樓房、病房及前來就診的部隊傷病員等作為一個地理實體,必然存在與位置相關(guān)的信息,均可視為空間實體。故可以將地理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于部隊醫(yī)院醫(yī)療業(yè)務(wù)與日常管理中,比如傷病員住院管理、醫(yī)療應(yīng)急救助后送、統(tǒng)計分析等中,可以提高醫(yī)院醫(yī)療業(yè)務(wù)效率與管理效率,提高為兵服務(wù)的效率,并為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供依據(jù)。 本文主要完成以下任務(wù): 1,,通過對部隊醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)流程進行需求分析,設(shè)計了部隊醫(yī)院軍人就醫(yī)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的功能架構(gòu),劃分了各功能模塊并進行了詳細設(shè)計。 2,對部隊醫(yī)院軍人就醫(yī)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的實體進行分析,結(jié)合空間數(shù)據(jù)庫管理方式,設(shè)計并建立了基于SuperMap SDX+的空間數(shù)據(jù)庫。 3,在Visual Studio2010開發(fā)環(huán)境下,使用C#語言和SuperMapObject二次開發(fā)包進行了部隊醫(yī)院軍人就醫(yī)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of army construction and development, military hospital is responsible for ensuring the health of officers and soldiers and daily epidemic prevention and health care. Nowadays, most local hospitals in our country have applied hospital information system to hospital medical business and daily management. How to speed up the informatization construction of military hospitals is of vital interest to the officers and soldiers. Geographic Information system (GIS) is an information system that can express, process and analyze spatial entities and data. In recent years, GIS technology has been widely used in various industries of national production. As a geographical entity, the hospital and its interior buildings, wards and army patients who come to see a doctor must have location-related information, which can be regarded as a spatial entity. Therefore, the GIS can be applied to the medical service and daily management of military hospitals, such as the hospitalization management of the sick and wounded, the medical emergency evacuation, the statistical analysis, and so on, which can improve the efficiency and management efficiency of the hospital medical service. Improve the efficiency of service for the soldiers, and provide a basis for leadership decisions. The main tasks of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the requirement analysis of the military hospital business process, the functional structure of the military medical service system in the military hospital is designed, and the functional modules are divided and designed in detail. 2. The related entities of military medical service system in military hospital are analyzed, and the spatial database based on SuperMap SDX is designed and established by combining the spatial database management method. 3. Under the environment of Visual Studio2010, using C # language and SuperMapObject secondary development kit, the military medical service system in military hospital is developed.
