【摘要】:正1 CMOS技術(shù)介紹眾所周知,數(shù)碼相機(jī)主要有兩種傳感器:電子耦合器件(charge couple device,CCD)和互補(bǔ)型金屬氧化半導(dǎo)體(complementary metal-oxide semiconductor,CMOS)。CMOS原本是計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)一種重要的芯片,其制造技術(shù)與一般計(jì)算機(jī)芯片無(wú)差別且工藝簡(jiǎn)單,主要是利用硅和鍺這兩種元素所做成的半導(dǎo)體,使其在CMOS上共存著帶N(帶-電)和P(帶+電)級(jí)的半導(dǎo)體,這兩個(gè)互補(bǔ)效應(yīng)所產(chǎn)生的電流即可被處理芯片紀(jì)錄和解讀成影像。
[Abstract]:As we all know, there are two kinds of sensors for digital cameras: electronic coupler charge couple device) and complementary metal oxide semiconductor complement metal-oxide semiconductors. CMOS is originally an important chip in computer system. Its manufacturing technology is no different from that of conventional computer chips and the process is simple. It mainly uses semiconductors made of silicon and germanium, which make them coexist on CMOS with N- (band-electric) and P- (band-electric) semiconductors. The current generated by these two complementary effects can be recorded and interpreted into images by processing chips.
