【摘要】：本文主要內(nèi)容為通過理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,初步研究和探討GPS(全球定位系統(tǒng),以下簡稱“GPS”)在城市公共交通智能運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究。文章首先對GPS概念和城市公共交通運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理基本方法進(jìn)行了闡述,介紹了GPS在公交運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理中的原理、特點(diǎn)及作用,并通過應(yīng)用實(shí)例加以佐證。結(jié)合昆明公交戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃管理,運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣模型對昆明公交戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃管理進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)采用SST(戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)集轉(zhuǎn)換法)對GPS應(yīng)用于公交運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理的必要性進(jìn)行分析。通過SWOT模型和SST分析法,從理論上說明了昆明公交企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)建立在基于GPS的公交智能化運(yùn)營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上。從結(jié)合實(shí)際的角度,本文介紹了GPS在昆明公交運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理中的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)及應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,并通過使用GPS前后的對比,分析昆明公交運(yùn)營調(diào)度管理的區(qū)別和效果,從實(shí)踐上說明了昆明公交企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)建立在基于GPS的公交智能化運(yùn)營調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上。同時(shí)分析了GPS應(yīng)用于昆明公交智能調(diào)度系統(tǒng)管理存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的意見和建議。最后,主要從兩個(gè)方面,即GPS與企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理及LBS(區(qū)域商業(yè)化服務(wù))的關(guān)系闡述了GPS在公交智能化管理方面的展望。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to study and discuss the application of GPS (Global Positioning system (GPS)) in the intelligent operation and management system of urban public transportation through the combination of theory and practice. In this paper, the concept of GPS and the basic methods of urban public transportation operation and dispatching management are expounded, and the principle, characteristics and functions of GPS in the management of public transportation operation and dispatch are introduced, and proved by an application example. Combined with Kunming bus strategic planning and management, this paper analyzes the strategic planning and management of Kunming bus by using SWOT matrix model, and analyzes the necessity of applying GPS to bus operation and dispatch management by using SST (strategic target set transformation method). By means of SWOT model and SST analysis, it is theoretically explained that the development strategy of Kunming bus enterprise should be based on the intelligent operation and dispatch system of public transportation based on GPS. From the point of view of reality, this paper introduces the system structure and application practice of GPS in Kunming bus operation and dispatch management, and analyzes the difference and effect of Kunming bus operation and dispatch management by comparing the GPS before and after. The development strategy of Kunming bus enterprise should be based on the intelligent bus operation and dispatch system based on GPS. At the same time, the problems existing in the application of GPS in the management of Kunming bus intelligent dispatching system are analyzed, and the corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward. Finally, from two aspects, that is, the relationship between GPS and enterprise fine management and LBS (regional commercial service), the prospect of GPS in intelligent management of public transportation is expounded.
