地圖溯源管理機(jī)制與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,地圖的識別標(biāo)記主要是圖名圖號,相同圖名圖號的地圖,它們的身份也完全相同,被稱之為“多圖一碼”。生產(chǎn)單位按要求通過膠版印刷的方式生產(chǎn)一定量的地圖,轉(zhuǎn)交給地圖管理單位進(jìn)行后期管理,而其依舊采用手工登記,并且只記錄圖名圖號的管理方式造成了很大的局限性,至于地圖在基層單位的狀態(tài)是保存、使用、銷毀,還是調(diào)撥,這些都已不在地圖管理的掌控之中。因此,在這種模糊管理的狀態(tài)下,極容易造成地圖缺失、補(bǔ)充地圖不及時、地圖去向變更不能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)等結(jié)果。相比之下,這種手工登記、統(tǒng)一管理、人工盤點(diǎn)、批量統(tǒng)計(jì)的管理方法已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于現(xiàn)代化物流溯源管理技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平,無法做到對地圖整個生命周期的管理。 針對現(xiàn)有的問題,本文提出了將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的二維碼和RFID標(biāo)簽等相關(guān)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到地圖管理領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)“一圖一碼”,達(dá)到在地圖生命周期內(nèi)溯源管理的最終目的。鑒于二維碼數(shù)據(jù)容量大、糾錯能力強(qiáng)、可表示圖像數(shù)據(jù)和幾乎零成本的明顯優(yōu)勢,首先可以利用二維碼對單個地圖進(jìn)行“描述”,為同一種類的不同地圖賦予唯一身份標(biāo)簽,方便每一幅地圖在流動管理中的識別,鑒于地圖印刷的方法和要求,我們還分別基于膠版印刷和數(shù)碼印刷的方式,設(shè)計(jì)并建立了二維碼在地圖上表示方法及二維碼印刷的技術(shù)方案,解決地圖固定信息與二維碼可變信息不能同時表現(xiàn)在地圖幅面上的問題;其次,在打包好的地圖包外側(cè)貼上包含所有包內(nèi)二維碼信息的RFID(無線射頻技術(shù))標(biāo)簽,利用其非接觸、快速、大批量識讀的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提高地圖統(tǒng)計(jì)、入庫、盤點(diǎn)和發(fā)放等過程的效率;在倉庫管理方面,通過設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建一個智能的地圖管理倉庫,利用傳感器和無線傳感網(wǎng)實(shí)時地掌握地圖的種類、數(shù)量和環(huán)境的溫度、濕度等信息。最終,結(jié)合本文提出的管理方案,提出了地圖溯源管理系統(tǒng)的管理模式和流程,建立了主要模塊功能和數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了地圖溯源管理系統(tǒng),并通過具體的技術(shù)驗(yàn)證過程證實(shí)了地圖在整個生命周期內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)溯源管理的可行性。 本文在地圖生產(chǎn)、登記、入庫、發(fā)放、使用和銷毀等各個環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)建的地圖管理機(jī)制,有效的解決了以往地圖模糊管理存在的各種問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對地圖整個生命周期的管理,達(dá)到了對地圖科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確、高效管理的目的。而且,對地圖數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時、動態(tài)的掌握,必然會降低生產(chǎn)成本,減少管理的盲目性,提高地圖的使用效率和安全性,同時也確保了高層決策依據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)化、全面化,進(jìn)而保證了相關(guān)決策的科學(xué)性和精確性。
[Abstract]:At present, the identification marks of maps are mainly the map name number, the map with the same map name number, and their identities are identical, so they are called "multi-graph one code". The production units produce a certain number of maps through offset printing as required, and transfer them to the map management units for later management. However, they still use manual registration, and the management method of recording only the map names and numbers has caused great limitations. As to whether maps are preserved, used, destroyed, or allocated at the base level, they are no longer under the control of map management. Therefore, in this state of fuzzy management, it is easy to cause the map missing, the supplementary map is not timely, the map direction change can not be found in time, and so on. In contrast, this management method of manual registration, unified management, manual inventory and batch statistics has fallen far behind the development level of modern logistics traceability management technology, and can not manage the whole life cycle of map. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the technical scheme of applying the relevant technologies such as two-dimensional code and RFID tags in the Internet of things to the field of map management, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of traceability management in the map lifecycle. In view of the large data capacity and error correction ability of the two-dimensional code, which can represent the obvious advantages of image data and almost zero cost, we can first "describe" a single map by using the two-dimension code to assign a unique identity label to different maps of the same kind. To facilitate the identification of each map in mobile management. In view of the methods and requirements of map printing, we are also based on offset printing and digital printing, respectively. This paper designs and establishes the representation method of two-dimensional code on map and the technical scheme of two-dimensional code printing, which solves the problem that the fixed information of map and the variable information of two-dimensional code can not be displayed in the map area at the same time. Secondly, Tag RFID (Radio Frequency Technology) which contains all the information of QR code on the outer side of the packed map package, and make use of its advantages of non-contact, fast and mass reading to improve the efficiency of the process of map statistics, storage, inventory and release. In the aspect of warehouse management, an intelligent map management warehouse is designed and constructed, and the types, quantity, temperature and humidity of the map are grasped in real time by sensors and wireless sensor networks. Finally, combined with the management scheme proposed in this paper, the management mode and flow of the map traceability management system are put forward, the main module functions and data table structure are established, and the map traceability management system is realized. The feasibility of traceability management in the whole life cycle of map is verified by the specific technical verification process. This paper constructs the map management mechanism in the map production, registration, storage, distribution, use and destruction, which effectively solves the problems existing in the map fuzzy management, and realizes the management of the whole map life cycle. It achieves the goal of scientific, accurate and efficient management of map. Moreover, the real-time and dynamic mastering of map data will inevitably reduce the production cost, reduce the blindness of management, improve the efficiency and security of map use, at the same time, ensure the digitalization and comprehensiveness of the basis of high-level decision-making. Furthermore, it ensures the scientific and accurate decision-making.
