星機(jī)地綜合觀測定量遙感融合處理與共性產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)全球資源環(huán)境監(jiān)測需求,本課題作為"星機(jī)地綜合定量遙感系統(tǒng)與應(yīng)用示范(二期)"項(xiàng)目的一部分,將集成和突破在"一期"研究中形成的衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)庫分布式組網(wǎng)技術(shù)、多尺度遙感數(shù)據(jù)同化與真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)、面向應(yīng)用的遙感數(shù)據(jù)融合處理與生成技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),重點(diǎn)突破運(yùn)行性多源遙感共性產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建中的一系列相關(guān)技術(shù),研制星機(jī)地綜合觀測定量遙感數(shù)據(jù)融合處理與共性產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。該年度基于項(xiàng)目一期相關(guān)技術(shù)成果,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)連通6個(gè)以上衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)中心的能力,建立虛擬組網(wǎng)分布式衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng);研究多源遙感數(shù)據(jù)的輻射歸一化、幾何歸一化、定量遙感產(chǎn)品反演、星機(jī)地觀測數(shù)據(jù)同化、時(shí)空無縫融合和多尺度真實(shí)驗(yàn)證等技術(shù),對(duì)虛擬組網(wǎng)的分布式衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、多源遙感數(shù)據(jù)輻射歸一化系統(tǒng)、多源遙感數(shù)據(jù)幾何歸一化系統(tǒng)、多源數(shù)據(jù)融合定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、多源數(shù)據(jù)融合產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、時(shí)間連續(xù)共性產(chǎn)品同化系統(tǒng)、定量遙感產(chǎn)品真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)、多中心海量遙感數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同處理支撐系統(tǒng)八個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)際的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作,包括頂層設(shè)計(jì)、需求分析及概要設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of global resource and environment monitoring, as a part of the project of "Satellite and ground Integrated quantitative remote Sensing system and Application demonstration (Phase II)", this project will integrate and break through the distributed network technology of satellite database formed in "Phase I" research. The key technologies such as multi-scale remote sensing data assimilation and authenticity verification, application oriented remote sensing data fusion processing and generation technology, and so on, are emphasized to break through a series of related technologies in the construction of operational multi-source remote sensing common product production system. A system of satellite-earth integrated observation quantitative remote sensing data fusion and common product production is developed. Based on the related technical achievements of the first phase of the project, the capability of connecting more than 6 satellite data centers is preliminarily realized, the distributed satellite data service system based on virtual networking is established, and the radiation normalization and geometric normalization of multi-source remote sensing data are studied. Quantitative remote sensing product inversion, satellite and earth observation data assimilation, space-time seamless fusion and multi-scale reality verification are applied to the distributed satellite data service system, the multi-source remote sensing data radiative normalization system, and so on. Multi-source remote sensing data geometric normalization system, multi-source data fusion quantitative remote sensing product production system, multi-source data fusion product production system, time continuous generality product assimilation system, quantitative remote sensing product authenticity testing system, Eight subsystems of multi-center mass remote sensing data collaborative processing support system are designed, including top-level design, requirement analysis and summary design.
