基于SERD與SPAN的全極化SAR數(shù)據(jù)海岸線分類

【摘要】:基于Wishart分類器的全極化SAR圖像H/α分類方法應(yīng)用于海岸線分類,可區(qū)分不同海岸線類型。在聚類過(guò)程中,傳統(tǒng)H/α-Wishart方法時(shí)常將各類聚類中心對(duì)應(yīng)的散射機(jī)理混淆,使得同為單次面散射的淤泥質(zhì)與砂質(zhì)海岸線類別難以區(qū)分。針對(duì)此問(wèn)題,提出了改進(jìn)型的輔助分層分類方法。算法運(yùn)用單次反射特征值相對(duì)差異度與極化總功率系數(shù)構(gòu)成的二維特征空間,結(jié)合支持向量機(jī)得到最優(yōu)分界判據(jù),以分離初始分類結(jié)果中混淆的淤泥質(zhì)與砂質(zhì)海岸線。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,改進(jìn)方法能夠有效區(qū)分淤泥質(zhì)與砂質(zhì)岸線,分類混淆矩陣對(duì)應(yīng)kappa系數(shù)由0.794提升至0.853,分類識(shí)別率得到顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The full polarization SAR image H / 偽 classification method based on Wishart classifier is applied to shoreline classification, which can distinguish different shoreline types. In the process of clustering, the traditional H / 偽 -Wishart method often confuses the scattering mechanism corresponding to various clustering centers, which makes it difficult to distinguish the silt from the sandy shoreline. In order to solve this problem, an improved hierarchical classification method is proposed. The algorithm uses the two-dimensional eigenspace composed of the relative difference of the single reflection eigenvalue and the total power coefficient of polarization, and combines the support vector machine to obtain the optimal boundary criterion to separate the muddy and sandy shorelines confused in the initial classification results. The experimental results show that the improved method can effectively distinguish muddy and sandy shoreline, and the corresponding kappa coefficient of classification confusion matrix is increased from 0.794 to 0.853, and the classification recognition rate is improved significantly.
