基于3S技術(shù)的土地整理耕地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在我國(guó)很多地方,土地整治項(xiàng)目存在重?cái)?shù)量輕質(zhì)量的情況,土地質(zhì)量問(wèn)題被嚴(yán)重忽視。土地質(zhì)量是土地的生命,沒(méi)有優(yōu)質(zhì)土地就沒(méi)有糧食豐產(chǎn)的保證。確定土地質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系以及建立土地質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)土地資源的可持續(xù)利用具有重要意義。 本文在分析“3S”集成技術(shù)在土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個(gè)基于“3S”技術(shù)的土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的框架,對(duì)框架中包含的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了從土地質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)信息采集到信息管理以及專題制圖可視化輸出等一系列工作的土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)持續(xù)定期的分析土地整理復(fù)墾過(guò)程中耕地質(zhì)量時(shí)空格局的變化,建立準(zhǔn)確、動(dòng)態(tài)、高效的土地整改項(xiàng)目耕地質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),全程跟蹤土地整治項(xiàng)目耕地質(zhì)量的變化,可以為政府和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策及時(shí)提供科學(xué)、合理的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)支持。 本文以土地整治項(xiàng)目中的土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管業(yè)務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,采用3S技術(shù)對(duì)土地資源信息進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)信息監(jiān)測(cè),為土地質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,,并開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)管應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)以及外業(yè)信息采集移動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)。具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1、探討系統(tǒng)涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與土地評(píng)價(jià)模型。本文根據(jù)土地質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管業(yè)務(wù)信息化需求,對(duì)監(jiān)管信息化涉及到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)作了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,包括3S技術(shù)、信息安全技術(shù)和蜂窩式移動(dòng)通信技術(shù),解決了系統(tǒng)安全以及無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)葐?wèn)題,并根據(jù)安徽省農(nóng)用地分等資料整理了土地評(píng)價(jià)模型。 2、土地質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。采用四層結(jié)構(gòu),基于C/S模式搭建系統(tǒng)總體框架,同時(shí),圍繞監(jiān)管具體業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總體功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),隨后詳細(xì)闡述了各子系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)。 3、土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。采用VisualStudio2010、Eclipse開(kāi)發(fā)工具,運(yùn)用C#、Java程序語(yǔ)言對(duì)各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)集成、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、用戶管理和專題地圖輸出的功能,構(gòu)建了土地質(zhì)量監(jiān)管網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:In many places of our country, the land quality problem is ignored seriously because of the heavy quantity and light quality of the land regulation project. Land quality is the life of land, without high quality land, there is no guarantee of food production. It is of great significance to establish land quality evaluation system and establish land quality dynamic supervision system to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources. On the basis of analyzing the application of "3s" integrated technology in land quality supervision, this paper puts forward a framework of land quality supervision system based on "3s" technology. A land quality supervision system is implemented, which includes land quality evaluation information collection, information management and visual output of thematic mapping. Through the continuous and regular analysis of the change of the temporal and spatial pattern of cultivated land quality in the process of land consolidation and reclamation, the system establishes an accurate, dynamic and efficient database of cultivated land quality of the land rectification project, and tracks the change of the cultivated land quality in the whole process of the land renovation project. It can provide scientific and reasonable basic data support for government and leadership decision-making in time. In this paper, the land quality supervision business in the land regulation project is taken as the research object, and the 3s technology is used to monitor the dynamic information of the land resource information, which provides the data support for the land quality evaluation. And developed and realized the supervision application system and field information collection and mobile subsystem. The specific contents of the study are as follows: 1. The key technology and land evaluation model involved in the system are discussed. According to the information demand of land quality dynamic supervision business, this paper briefly introduces the key technologies involved in the supervision informatization, including 3s technology, information security technology and cellular mobile communication technology. The problems of system security and wireless data transmission are solved, and the land evaluation model is arranged according to the agricultural land grading data in Anhui Province. 2. Design of land quality dynamic supervision system. Using four-tier structure, based on C / S mode to build the overall framework of the system, at the same time, the system function module design and database design are carried out around the supervision of specific business, and then the related design of each subsystem is elaborated in detail. 3. Development and realization of land quality supervision system. By using Visual Studio 2010 Eclipse development tool and using the programming language of C#China Java to develop the subsystems, the functions of data integration, data query, data statistics, user management and thematic map output are realized, and the land quality supervision network platform is constructed.
