【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,公眾服務(wù)地理信息系統(tǒng)在人們的日常生活中越來越重要。而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及,使得地理信息系統(tǒng)服務(wù)于每個家庭變成了可能。WebGIS已經(jīng)成為GIS的主要形式。許多貼近人民生活的網(wǎng)站,也都加入了電子地圖功能,即公眾地理信系統(tǒng),如百度地圖、搜狐地圖等等。雖然這些地理信息服務(wù)可以基本滿足人民的生活需要,但隨著城市的飛速發(fā)展,人民頻繁地使用電子地圖,目前的公眾地理信息系統(tǒng),存在很難滿足數(shù)據(jù)及時更新,以及展示符合用戶個人需要的信息的需求。因此,本文研究一種以志愿者式地理信息系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)的,一種更適合人民生活需要的地理信息系統(tǒng)。志愿者式地理信息系統(tǒng)的大體思想是用戶可以以一種志愿者的身份,自愿的為系統(tǒng)貢獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容,并為其他用戶所分享。這一技術(shù)的興起,是由于近年來信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了人們生活的各個領(lǐng)域,人民對地理空間信息的需求越來越大。 以志愿者式地理信息系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)的公眾服務(wù)類地理信息系統(tǒng)探討與研究,目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)一種在建立并完善地理數(shù)據(jù)庫時,將以志愿者模式的數(shù)據(jù)搜集作為一種數(shù)據(jù)新來源,將一般用戶通過志愿者方式采集來的數(shù)據(jù)集合到原有的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)中,作為更新數(shù)據(jù),并以按照用戶需要的形式展示出來。用戶可利用數(shù)碼相機(jī)、手機(jī)等移動終端設(shè)備,采集個人需要的地理信息數(shù)據(jù),然后,將這些帶有位置信息的數(shù)據(jù)通過Internet上傳到服務(wù)器上。技術(shù)人員或是專家對基于志愿者模式采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行初始化處理并審核,最后添加到原有數(shù)據(jù)中 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括,首先討論總結(jié)明確志愿者式地理信息系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確概念、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與應(yīng)用成果和尚存在的一些問題的基礎(chǔ)下,解決處理志愿者式數(shù)據(jù)采集多源性,如何與公眾地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合的問題,并建立一個基于志愿者模式的基礎(chǔ)的公眾服務(wù)系統(tǒng)加以驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, GIS is becoming more and more important in people's daily life. With the popularization of Internet technology, it is possible that GIS serves every family. WebGIS has become the main form of GIS. Many websites close to people's life also add electronic map functions, such as Baidu map, Sohu map and so on. Although these geographic information services can basically meet the living needs of the people, with the rapid development of the city, people frequently use electronic maps, the current public geographic information system, it is very difficult to meet the timely updating of data. And the need to display information that meets the individual needs of the user. Therefore, this paper studies a kind of geographic information system based on volunteer GIS, which is more suitable for people's living needs. The general idea of volunteer GIS is that users can volunteer to contribute content to the system and share it with other users. The rise of this technology is due to the information industry has entered into various fields of people's lives in recent years, the people's demand for geospatial information is growing. This paper discusses and studies the public service GIS based on volunteer GIS, the purpose of which is to realize a new data source, which is based on the volunteer model when establishing and perfecting the geographic database. The data collected by ordinary users through volunteers is collected into the original data system as updating data and displayed in the form of users' needs. Users can use digital camera, mobile phone and other mobile terminal devices to collect personal geographic information data, and then upload the data with location information to the server via Internet. Technicians or experts initialize and review the data collected in the volunteer model and add it to the original data The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of summarizing and clarifying the exact concept, technical characteristics, development status and application results of volunteer GIS, and some existing problems. To solve the problem of how to deal with the multi-source of volunteer data collection, how to combine with the public geographic information database, and to establish a public service system based on volunteer model to verify it.
