基于ArcGIS Engine的辦公用房管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:針對房地產(chǎn)管理司辦公房管理處在日常工作中形成專題地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫以及其他大量成果的情況,本文以此為背景,設(shè)計并開發(fā)了中央國家機關(guān)辦公用房管理信息系統(tǒng),為辦公用房的管理提供一個快捷有效的平臺。 論文的主要研究內(nèi)容是對系統(tǒng)進行功能設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。首先,針對辦公用房管理處的需求進行系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計,將系統(tǒng)劃分為五大功能模塊,分別為數(shù)據(jù)管理、信息錄入、報修管理、空間查詢與分析和日常工作管理,再對各個模塊進行細(xì)分,并且介紹了該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)時所用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),確定系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境;然后,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的特點進行數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,最后進行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),,并介紹實現(xiàn)思路和開發(fā)難點。 該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)實現(xiàn)過程中涉及到GIS技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、文件傳輸技術(shù)等多個領(lǐng)域,本文以現(xiàn)有的專題地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),基于ArcGIS Engine組件,在Visual C#.net平臺下進行系統(tǒng)開發(fā),利用GIS技術(shù)實現(xiàn)圖形與屬性的有機結(jié)合,通過可視化的方式展示數(shù)據(jù),進行系統(tǒng)功能的開發(fā),直觀、準(zhǔn)確、圖文并茂地將圖形和功能展現(xiàn)給用戶;采用Oracle10g進行數(shù)據(jù)存儲,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的特點設(shè)計空間數(shù)據(jù)表和部件屬性數(shù)據(jù)表,對于空間數(shù)據(jù)采用ArcSDE進行空間數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和管理;采用socket通信機制實現(xiàn)上傳下載辦公用房管理過程中的各種類型的文件,實現(xiàn)對材料的統(tǒng)一管理。在這些技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)的中央國家機關(guān)辦公用房管理信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了辦公用房空間信息的整合以及部件屬性信息的錄入;在此基礎(chǔ)上對部件的維修信息進行管理查詢,不僅可以進行屬性查詢,還可以進行從空間到屬性的查詢,以及緩沖區(qū)分析查詢;還實現(xiàn)了辦公用房的調(diào)配功能和規(guī)劃功能;辦公用房信息化管理徹底改善了傳統(tǒng)人工管理時,空間數(shù)據(jù)不可見,管理效率低的弊端,大大減輕了相關(guān)工作人員的工作強度和難度,提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:In the light of the formation of thematic geographic information database and other achievements in the daily work of the Office Building Management Office of the Real Estate Management Department, this paper designs and develops a management information system for the office premises of the central state organ against this background. For the management of office space to provide a fast and effective platform. The main research content of this paper is to design the function and develop the system. First of all, according to the demand of the office room management office, the system is divided into five functional modules: data management, information input, repair management, spatial query and analysis and daily work management. Then the modules are subdivided, and the key technologies used in the development of the system are introduced, and the system development environment is determined. Then, the database table structure is designed according to the characteristics of the data, and finally the system is developed. The realization idea and development difficulty are also introduced. The development and implementation of this system involves many fields, such as GIS technology, database technology, file transfer technology and so on. Based on the existing thematic geographic information database and based on ArcGIS Engine component, the system is developed under the Visual C#.net platform. Using GIS technology to realize the organic combination of graphics and attributes, display the data by visual way, develop the system function, visualize, accurately and graphically display the graph and function to the user, and use Oracle10g to store the data. According to the characteristics of the data, the spatial data table and the component attribute data table are designed, the spatial data is stored and managed by ArcSDE, and the various kinds of files in the process of office room management are uploaded and downloaded by socket communication mechanism. Realize the unified management of materials. On the basis of these technologies, the management information system of the central state organ office room has realized the integration of the space information and the input of the attribute information of the office room, and on this basis, the management inquiry of the maintenance information of the parts has been carried out. Not only can the attribute query, but also the spatial to attribute query, as well as buffer analysis query; also realized the allocation of office space and planning functions; office housing information management completely improved the traditional manual management, The invisibility of spatial data and the low efficiency of management greatly lighten the work intensity and difficulty of the related staff and improve the working efficiency.
