【摘要】：土地整治是按照土地利用總體規(guī)劃,對田、水、路、林、村綜合整治,提高耕地質(zhì)量,增加有效耕地面積,改善農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件和生態(tài)環(huán)境的途徑。土地整治規(guī)劃在編制、審批和實(shí)施過程中均涉及大量圖件、并需要實(shí)時進(jìn)行更新,而ArcGIS因其強(qiáng)大的圖形編輯和空間數(shù)據(jù)分析功能,正在越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用于土地規(guī)劃設(shè)計之中。在具體的土地整治規(guī)劃工作中,專題地圖較其他表現(xiàn)形式更直觀、表現(xiàn)力強(qiáng)、易于理解的優(yōu)勢,圖件輔助規(guī)劃文本和說明有著展示和指導(dǎo)作用,在公眾參與度越來越高的環(huán)境下,專題圖又集宣傳和使用于一體,所以地圖制作質(zhì)量的好壞對土地整治規(guī)劃有極大的影響。 本文利用XX市土地二次調(diào)查成果為實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合地圖制圖學(xué)和土地整治的相關(guān)理論知識,使用ArcGIS為軟件平臺,利用其地圖符號設(shè)計功能,設(shè)計了滿足土地整治規(guī)劃要求各要素的符號庫系統(tǒng)；并深入研究了制圖功能中的注記功能,通過深入的研究及試驗(yàn),制作的圖件滿足了土地整治規(guī)劃中各項注記要求。 論文所做的工作如下： 1.在土地利用總體規(guī)劃符號庫基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行添加、刪除和新建,利用ArcGIS自身攜帶符號庫的優(yōu)勢,利用基礎(chǔ)符號進(jìn)行組合或添加在其他平臺制作的符號圖片等方式,制作了一套符合土地整治規(guī)程要求的符號庫系統(tǒng)。在制作符號庫進(jìn)行各地類編碼時,為了方便后期制圖工作,首先將其國家土地二調(diào)地形圖圖式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中地理要素分類及編碼完全對應(yīng),達(dá)到在地物符號填充時通過地物屬性碼與相應(yīng)的符號編碼匹配能自動實(shí)現(xiàn)的目的。 2.根據(jù)項目區(qū)土地利用現(xiàn)狀情況并結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)土地整治的相關(guān)理論評價各縣(區(qū))新增耕地的潛力大小。由于數(shù)據(jù)量較大,在研究了潛力大小的計算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,利用visio studio2008開發(fā)了潛力測算工具。 3.在前期工作的基礎(chǔ)上,基于ArcGIS軟件,利用全國第二次土地調(diào)查成果制作了土地利用現(xiàn)狀圖,并根據(jù)不同的整治類型應(yīng)用潛力評價計算出的新增耕地潛力,制作了專題地圖。
[Abstract]:Land regulation is a way to improve the quality of cultivated land, increase the area of effective cultivated land, and improve agricultural production conditions and ecological environment according to the overall planning of land use, comprehensive regulation of fields, water, roads, forests and villages. Land regulation planning involves a large number of maps in the process of compilation, approval and implementation, and needs to be updated in real time. However, because of its powerful functions of graphic editing and spatial data analysis, ArcGIS is more and more widely used in land planning and design. In the specific land renovation planning work, thematic maps are more intuitive, more expressive and easier to understand than other forms of expression. The map-aided planning texts and instructions have the function of showing and guiding. In the environment of increasing public participation, thematic maps are integrated with publicity and use, so the quality of map making has a great impact on land regulation planning. In this paper, based on the experimental data of the secondary land survey in XX city and the related theoretical knowledge of cartography and land renovation, the paper uses ArcGIS as the software platform, and uses its map symbol design function. The symbol database system is designed to meet the requirements of land regulation planning, and the annotation function of the mapping function is deeply studied. Through in-depth study and experiment, the map can meet the requirements of all the notes in the land regulation planning. The work of the thesis is as follows: 1. Add, delete and build the symbol base on the land use master plan, make use of the advantage of the symbol library carried by ArcGIS itself, combine the basic symbol or add the symbol picture made on other platform, etc. A symbol library system that meets the requirements of land regulation regulations has been made. In order to facilitate the later cartographic work, the classification and coding of geographical elements in the national land topographic map schema standard are completely corresponding to each other. It can be realized automatically by matching the feature attribute code with the corresponding symbol code when the ground object symbol is filled. 2. According to the present situation of land use in the project area and the field investigation data, the potential of new cultivated land in each county (region) was evaluated according to the relevant theories of land regulation. Because of the large amount of data, based on the study of the calculation method of potential size, a potential measuring tool is developed by using visio studio2008. 3. On the basis of the previous work and based on ArcGIS software, the current land use map was made by using the results of the second land survey in China, and the thematic map was made according to the evaluation of the potential application of different regulation types to evaluate the potential of the new cultivated land.
