【摘要】：為建設(shè)"數(shù)字西寧"地理信息公共平臺(tái),本文利用AMC580多視角航空攝影儀的傾斜攝影技術(shù)和Smart3DCapture軟件為數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái),以高原城市西寧市實(shí)景真三維模型數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)為例介紹了數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。結(jié)果表明,用傾斜攝影的方法能高效、高質(zhì)量地實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)景真三維數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)。傾斜攝影技術(shù)不僅從多個(gè)角度采集地面影像,從而克服了傳統(tǒng)航空攝影技術(shù)只能從垂直角度進(jìn)行拍攝的局限;傾斜攝影建立三維模型技術(shù)相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的三維建模方法而言,凸顯其建模速度快、成本低等優(yōu)勢(shì);且所獲取的真實(shí)、詳細(xì)、豐富的地物信息,更符合人眼視覺(jué)習(xí)慣的真實(shí)且直觀的世界。
[Abstract]:In order to build "Digital Xining" geographic information public platform, this paper uses tilt photography technology of AMC580 multi-view aerial photograph and Smart3DCapture software as data processing platform.Taking Xining city as an example, the data production process and its application field are introduced.The results show that the method of tilt photography can realize the real 3D data production with high efficiency and high quality.Oblique photography not only collects ground image from many angles, thus overcomes the limitation that traditional aerial photography can only shoot from vertical angle.It has the advantages of fast modeling and low cost, and the real, detailed and abundant feature information obtained is more in line with the human visual habits of the real and intuitive world.
