基于GIS的地震災(zāi)害人口傷亡評估系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:最近幾年來我國遭遇到了幾次災(zāi)難性地震,給人民群眾帶了巨大的生命和財產(chǎn)損失,但是由于現(xiàn)今人類對地震的預(yù)報尚不能達到要求,因此震后的快速救災(zāi)是減少地震災(zāi)害傷亡的一個行之有效的方法。當(dāng)今社會以人為本,震后最關(guān)注的往往是人員的傷亡損失,預(yù)估地震造成的人口傷亡情況為決策部門制定救災(zāi)計劃提供重要依據(jù)。 本文在已構(gòu)建的地震空間信息網(wǎng)格平臺的基礎(chǔ)上進行研究,其為地震災(zāi)害人口傷亡情況的評估提供可靠而有力的信息支持和平臺保障。GIS強大的空間數(shù)據(jù)管理功能和空間分析、地圖顯示功能,,可以很好地應(yīng)用到地震災(zāi)害人口傷亡評估中。 本文首先論述了地震災(zāi)害人口傷亡的課題意義及研究現(xiàn)狀,同時介紹了GIS和空間信息網(wǎng)格技術(shù)在地震災(zāi)害中的應(yīng)用。然后介紹了SIMG的相關(guān)理論,最重要的是引入了人口傷亡估算模型,介紹了模型的形式和計算方法,并將評估流程進行了簡要敘述。由于在進行人口傷亡估算之前必須了解地震的影響范圍,因此地震烈度圖的繪制就需要提前得到,本文采用了基于衰減模型的地震烈度圖繪制方法。以上述理論為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用GIS和SIMG技術(shù),以SQLServer2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺和ArcSDE為空間數(shù)據(jù)引擎的空間數(shù)據(jù)庫解決方案,采用基于ArcEngine組件二次開發(fā)方式,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了地震災(zāi)害人口傷亡評估系統(tǒng)。最后,以郯城縣實例分析該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country has encountered several catastrophic earthquakes, which have brought huge loss of life and property to the masses of the people. However, the prediction of earthquakes by human beings has yet to meet the requirements.Therefore, rapid disaster relief after the earthquake is an effective method to reduce the casualties of earthquake disaster.Nowadays the society is people-oriented and the most important concern after the earthquake is the loss of casualties. The prediction of the population casualties caused by the earthquake provides an important basis for the policy-making departments to formulate disaster relief plans.In this paper, the seismic spatial information grid platform has been constructed to provide reliable and powerful information support for the evaluation of earthquake disaster population casualties, and the platform guarantees the powerful spatial data management function and spatial analysis of GIS.The function of map display can be used to evaluate the casualties of earthquake disaster.In this paper, the significance and research status of population casualties caused by earthquake disaster are discussed, and the application of GIS and spatial information grid technology in earthquake disaster is introduced.Then the related theory of SIMG is introduced, the most important is the introduction of population casualty estimation model, the form and calculation method of the model, and a brief description of the evaluation process.Because it is necessary to know the range of earthquake influence before estimating the population casualties, the drawing of seismic intensity map needs to be obtained in advance. In this paper, the method of seismic intensity map drawing based on attenuation model is adopted.Based on the above theory, using GIS and SIMG technology, taking SQLServer2008 as the database platform and ArcSDE as the spatial data engine, the spatial database solution is adopted, which is based on the secondary development of ArcEngine component.A population casualty assessment system for earthquake disaster is designed and implemented.Finally, the feasibility of this method is analyzed by Tancheng County.
