集群環(huán)境下無(wú)人機(jī)影像快速拼接及點(diǎn)云生成技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:無(wú)人機(jī)遙感作為傳統(tǒng)航測(cè)手段的重要補(bǔ)充,在很多領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,尤其在時(shí)效性要求高的應(yīng)用中有著不可替代的作用。本文將集群并行計(jì)算技術(shù)應(yīng)用于無(wú)人機(jī)影像的快速處理,對(duì)無(wú)人機(jī)影像拼接和三維點(diǎn)云生成技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的研究,選題具有理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。論文的主要工作如下: 1、闡明了計(jì)算機(jī)集群的概念和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)介紹了兩種典型集群式攝影測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于HP刀片機(jī)的并行計(jì)算平臺(tái)。 2、針對(duì)無(wú)人機(jī)影像航帶連接點(diǎn)提取工作量大的問題,研究了重疊區(qū)域連接點(diǎn)提取的方法,并給出了一種多核并行處理方法,顯著提高了處理速度。 3、在對(duì)SIFT特征匹配算法深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種主從模式的序列影像SIFT匹配并行處理方法,提出了分層列劃分的數(shù)據(jù)劃分策略,并通過重疊通信和計(jì)算來(lái)減少通信開銷,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明該方法可擴(kuò)展性較好;主從模式方法在特征搜索匹配環(huán)節(jié)仍為串行處理,進(jìn)一步對(duì)其改化,設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)等模式的序列影像SIFT匹配并行算法,通過合理的任務(wù)分配和執(zhí)行時(shí)序安排實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)匹配流程的并行處理,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,算法達(dá)到了接近線性的理想加速效果。 4、研究了解決影像拼接過程中輻射信息一致性問題的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一種影像融合重構(gòu)并行處理方法,在實(shí)現(xiàn)合成影像灰度過渡平滑自然、色調(diào)均衡的同時(shí),提高了處理效率。 5、給出了一種基于無(wú)人機(jī)影像SIFT特征匹配生成三維點(diǎn)云的方案,在選定的參考坐標(biāo)系中,,通過相對(duì)定向、前方交會(huì)得到首個(gè)模型,再通過“后方交會(huì)—前方交會(huì)—無(wú)控制點(diǎn)光束法平差”方法擴(kuò)展幾何模型,直至得到整個(gè)測(cè)區(qū)的三維點(diǎn)云。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了該方法的可行性,為有控制點(diǎn)條件下進(jìn)一步獲得目標(biāo)三維信息提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:UAV remote sensing, as an important supplement of traditional aerial survey methods, has been widely used in many fields, especially in the application of high timeliness requirements.In this paper, the cluster parallel computing technology is applied to the rapid processing of UAV images, and the technology of UAV image mosaic and 3D point cloud generation is systematically studied. The topic is of theoretical significance and practical value.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1. The concept and characteristics of computer cluster are expounded, the development status of cluster is summarized, the characteristics of two typical cluster photogrammetry systems are introduced in detail, and a parallel computing platform based on HP blade machine is constructed.2. Aiming at the problem of the heavy work of extracting the joint points in UAV images, this paper studies the method of extracting the joint points in overlapped regions, and presents a multi-core parallel processing method, which improves the processing speed significantly.3. Based on the in-depth study of SIFT feature matching algorithm, a master-slave pattern parallel processing method for SIFT matching in sequential images is designed, and a data partition strategy for hierarchical column partitioning is proposed, and the communication overhead is reduced by overlapping communication and computation.Experiments show that the method is extensible and the master-slave pattern method is still serial processing in feature search and matching, and a parallel algorithm of SIFT matching for sequential images with equal pattern is designed.The parallel processing of the whole matching process is realized by reasonable task allocation and execution scheduling. The experimental results show that the algorithm achieves an ideal acceleration effect close to linearity.4. The method to solve the problem of consistency of radiation information in image mosaic process is studied, and a parallel processing method of image fusion reconstruction is designed, which can realize the smooth and natural gray level transition of synthetic image and improve the processing efficiency at the same time.5. A scheme of generating 3D point cloud based on SIFT feature matching of UAV image is presented. In the selected reference coordinate system, the first model is obtained by relative orientation.Then the geometric model is extended by the method of "rear rendezvous-front rendezvous-no control point beam method adjustment" until the 3D point cloud of the whole measured area is obtained.The experimental results prove the feasibility of the method and provide the basis for further obtaining the 3D information of the target under the condition of control point.
