【摘要】：近年來地理信息系統(tǒng)(Geographic Information System)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展使其越來越多被應(yīng)用在風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的規(guī)劃、管理、保護(hù)、利用各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。從靜態(tài)到動(dòng)態(tài)、由定性到定量,其為各部門最終科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確的決策提供了強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。 作為我國法定遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)地的特殊地位,風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)在開發(fā)利用方式上與普通城市建設(shè)有很大區(qū)別。如何更好的保護(hù)、利用好風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展也一直是風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)管理者、規(guī)劃者面臨的重要問題。 本文以風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地作為切入點(diǎn),通過分析其特征和適宜性評(píng)價(jià)要求,探討了風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地的適宜性評(píng)價(jià)方法,嘗試構(gòu)建風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)體系；并以湄江風(fēng)景區(qū)中的研究區(qū)為例,結(jié)合GIS與層次分析法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了游覽設(shè)施用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)研究。 研究主要內(nèi)容包括： (1)對(duì)現(xiàn)有風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地基礎(chǔ)理論及適宜性評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)方法進(jìn)行了闡述,介紹了地理信息系統(tǒng)的概念、組成、功能與應(yīng)用,層次分析法和適宜性評(píng)價(jià)模型的概念、特點(diǎn)和步驟； (2)分析了風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地特征和適宜性評(píng)價(jià)要求,從適宜性評(píng)價(jià)模型的結(jié)構(gòu)層次構(gòu)成、評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)劃分、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)選取與量化、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)風(fēng)景區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了研究； (3)在GIS技術(shù)的支持下,通過建立研究區(qū)的空間地理數(shù)據(jù)庫,結(jié)合風(fēng)景區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)研究區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地進(jìn)行了適宜性評(píng)價(jià),最后繪制出研究區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)分區(qū)圖,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。 全文以風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地的適宜性評(píng)價(jià)為中心,建立起了一套風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)游覽設(shè)施用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)體系,并將其運(yùn)用到了實(shí)踐案例中,希望能為GIS技術(shù)在風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的應(yīng)用和風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)等方面提供一些理論和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of Information technology, GIS has been used more and more in the planning, management, protection and utilization of scenic spots.From static to dynamic, from qualitative to quantitative, it provides powerful technical support for the final scientific and accurate decision.As the special status of the legal heritage protection in our country, the development and utilization of scenic spots are very different from the construction of ordinary cities.How to better protect, make good use of scenic area resources, achieve environmental benefits, economic and social benefits of coordinated development has been the scenic area managers, planners have been facing an important problem.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and suitability evaluation requirements, this paper discusses the suitability evaluation method of the scenic spot tourist facility land, which is based on the analysis of the characteristics of the site and the evaluation requirements of the suitability of the site.This paper attempts to construct an evaluation system of the suitability of tourist facilities in scenic spots, and takes the study area in Mejiang scenic area as an example, and makes a study on the suitability evaluation of tourist facility land with GIS and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The main contents of the study include:1) this paper expounds the basic theory and suitability evaluation technology of the existing scenic spots, and introduces the concept, composition, function and application of GIS, the concepts of AHP and suitability evaluation model.Characteristics and procedures;2) the characteristics and suitability evaluation requirements of tourist facilities in scenic spots are analyzed. The structure of suitability evaluation model, the classification of evaluation grades, the selection and quantification of evaluation indexes are analyzed.Evaluation index weight and other aspects of the scenic resort facilities land suitability evaluation system has been studied;3) with the support of GIS technology, through establishing the spatial geographical database of the research area and combining with the evaluation system of the scenic spot visit facility land, the suitability evaluation of the research area tourist facility land is carried out.Finally, the zoning map of the suitability evaluation of tourist facilities in the study area is drawn, and the evaluation results are analyzed.Based on the evaluation of the suitability of tourist facilities in scenic spots, the paper establishes a set of evaluation system for the suitability of tourist facilities in scenic spots, and applies it to practical cases.It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical and practical references for the application of GIS technology in scenic spots and the evaluation of land suitability of scenic spots.
