測(cè)點(diǎn)處傾角對(duì)液位連通管式豎向位移測(cè)量的影響

【摘要】:結(jié)構(gòu)豎向位移測(cè)點(diǎn)處發(fā)生豎向變形時(shí)將引起測(cè)點(diǎn)處傾角的變化,導(dǎo)致既有開放連通管式豎向位移測(cè)量結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性和系統(tǒng)抗干擾能力的改變。通過理論分析,研究了傾角對(duì)開放連通管式豎向位移測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度的影響,對(duì)比分析了傾角對(duì)系統(tǒng)抗干擾能力的影響,推導(dǎo)了最優(yōu)抗干擾能力時(shí)水平段管道內(nèi)徑與管長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:(1)測(cè)點(diǎn)處傾角引起測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度下降;(2)考慮測(cè)點(diǎn)處管路傾角、液體阻尼的單連通"U"型管內(nèi)液體振蕩形式為二階非線性微分方程;(3)隨著傾角的增加,管內(nèi)液體振蕩周期變長(zhǎng)、振幅減小;(4)隨著水平段連通管截面積的增大,管內(nèi)液體振蕩周期縮短、振幅增大,振蕩時(shí)長(zhǎng)增加;(5)工程實(shí)例表明,在管內(nèi)徑小于最優(yōu)管內(nèi)徑時(shí)的測(cè)量結(jié)果具有顯著的削峰效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:When the vertical deformation occurs at the vertical displacement measuring point of the structure, it will cause the change of the inclination angle of the measuring point, which will result in the change of the accuracy of the measurement result of the vertical displacement of the existing open connected tube and the anti-interference ability of the system. The influence of inclination angle on the accuracy of vertical displacement measurement of open connected tube is studied. The influence of inclination angle on the anti-interference ability of the system is compared and analyzed. The relationship between the inner diameter of horizontal pipe and the length of pipe is deduced when the optimum anti-interference ability is optimized. The results show that the inclination angle of the measuring point causes the accuracy of measurement to drop. 2) considering the inclination angle of the pipe at the measuring point, The liquid oscillation in a single connected "U" type pipe with liquid damping is in the form of a second order nonlinear differential equation with the increase of dip angle, the period of liquid oscillation in the pipe becomes longer and the amplitude decreases with the increase of cross-sectional area of the horizontal connected pipe. The engineering example shows that when the inner diameter of the pipe is smaller than the optimal diameter of the tube, the measured results have obvious peak cutting effect.
