徑向基核函數(shù)在DEM內(nèi)插中的適用性分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)空間插值中不同核函數(shù)在不同地形條件下的適用性問(wèn)題,該文選取了平原、丘陵和山地3種地貌類型區(qū),采用5種常用的徑向基核函數(shù)分別生成若干分辨率的DEM,通過(guò)高程統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)、空間自相關(guān)特性和等高線套合分析DEM的精度差異。綜合而言,平原地區(qū)中多重對(duì)數(shù)函數(shù)、多重二次曲面函數(shù)、反多重二次曲面函數(shù)和自然三次樣條曲面函數(shù)插值效果沒(méi)有顯著差別,薄板樣條曲面函數(shù)相對(duì)略差;丘陵地區(qū)選擇多重二次曲面函數(shù)和薄板樣條曲面函數(shù)插值效果最好,多重對(duì)數(shù)函數(shù)和自然三次樣條曲面函數(shù)次之,反多重二次曲面函數(shù)最差;山地地區(qū)采用多重二次曲面函數(shù)插值能取得較為滿意的效果,其他4種核函數(shù)遜之。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the applicability of different kernel functions in spatial interpolation under different terrain conditions, three types of geomorphologic regions, plain, hilly and mountainous, are selected in this paper. Five kinds of commonly used radial basis function are used to generate several resolution dems respectively. The accuracy difference of DEM is analyzed by height statistic parameters, spatial autocorrelation characteristics and contour alignment. In general, multiple logarithmic functions in plain area are obtained. There is no significant difference in the interpolation effect between the functions of multiple Quadric surfaces, inverse Quadric surfaces and Natural cubic Spline surfaces, and the function of thin plate spline surfaces is relatively poor. In the hilly area, the interpolation effect of multi-quadratic surface function and thin plate spline surface function is the best, the multi-fold logarithmic function and the natural cubic spline surface function are the second, and the inverse multi-quadratic surface function is the worst. In the mountainous area, the interpolation of multi-quadratic surface function can obtain satisfactory results, but the other four kernel functions are inferior to each other.
