基于攝影測量技術(shù)的房屋提取方法——以中國西部地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村為例

【摘要】:房屋的分布位置、面積和高度等信息對城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、地震應(yīng)急和減災(zāi)等方面具有非常重要的作用。利用星載或機(jī)載可見光遙感圖像進(jìn)行地物信息自動(dòng)提取,是高效快速獲取大面積房屋數(shù)據(jù)的重要手段。但是,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)同物異譜或異物同譜現(xiàn)象,以及地物遮擋的影響時(shí),基于光譜信息的傳統(tǒng)地物分類或提取方法房屋提取精度較低。文中選取新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)瓊哈拉峻村房屋和農(nóng)田光譜信息相似的地區(qū),利用小型旋翼無人機(jī)獲取了在航向和旁向具有一定重疊度的可見光遙感圖像。然后,基于攝影測量原理獲得了研究區(qū)的數(shù)字表面模型(Digital Surface Model,DSM)、數(shù)字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)和數(shù)字正射影像數(shù)據(jù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過閾值分析DSM和DEM差值提取出房屋像元及其面積和高度等信息。通過與傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)督分類法對比發(fā)現(xiàn),使用攝影測量方法基于高度信息的房屋提取其用戶精度和制圖精度分別為88.69%和97.42%,而監(jiān)督分類法提取房屋的精度分別為43.23%和85.30%,說明文中提出的方法在房屋和背景信號(hào)差別較小的區(qū)域時(shí)精度更高。
[Abstract]:The location, area and height of buildings play an important role in urban and rural planning, earthquake emergency response and disaster mitigation. It is an important means to obtain large area house data efficiently and quickly. However, when the phenomenon of isomorphism or foreign body isospectral, and the influence of object occlusion, The traditional methods of classification or extraction of ground objects based on spectral information are of low precision. In this paper, the areas with similar spectral information between houses and farmland in Qiongharjun Village, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, are selected. Using a small rotor-wing UAV, the visible light remote sensing images with a certain overlap in the heading and the side direction are obtained. Based on the principle of photogrammetry, digital surface model (DSM), digital elevation model (DSM) and digital orthophoto image data (DSM) and digital orthophoto image (DSM) are obtained. On this basis, the information of house pixel, its area and height are extracted by threshold analysis of DSM and DEM difference. The accuracy of house extraction based on height information using photogrammetry is 88.69% and 97.42, respectively, while that of supervised classification is 43.23% and 85.30, respectively. The area with less difference is more accurate.
