【摘要】：低丘緩坡土地資源的開發(fā)利用,既能促進土地的集約利用,又能在一定程度上解決建設(shè)用地的供給瓶頸.該研究從自然因素、社會經(jīng)濟因素等角度出發(fā),選取10個評價指標,借助GIS空間分析技術(shù)和多因素綜合評價模型對四川省瀘州市龍馬潭區(qū)低丘緩坡土地資源的建設(shè)用地適宜性進行評價,并將評價結(jié)果劃分為適宜、比較適宜、勉強適宜和不適宜建設(shè)4個等級.評價結(jié)果表明龍馬潭區(qū)現(xiàn)有低丘緩坡土地資源18 552.51 hm~2,占該區(qū)土地總面積的55.69%;其中適宜建設(shè)的低丘緩坡土地資源主要分布在龍馬潭區(qū)南面的極少部分區(qū)域,占龍馬潭區(qū)適宜、比較適宜和勉強適宜建設(shè)的低丘緩坡土地資源總面積的32.43%;比較適宜的區(qū)域主要分布在宜建區(qū)域的周邊地區(qū),所占面積比例為50.30%;勉強適宜區(qū)域則零散分布在中部區(qū)域、與瀘縣接壤的西部區(qū)域以及與江陽區(qū)接壤的東南區(qū)域,所占面積比例為17.27%,其余部分均為不適宜區(qū)域.該評價結(jié)果可為龍馬潭區(qū)低丘緩坡土地資源作為建設(shè)用地的潛在資源進行開發(fā)提供科學(xué)合理的參考依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The exploitation and utilization of land resources on low hill and gentle slope can not only promote the intensive utilization of land, but also solve the bottleneck of supply of construction land to a certain extent. This study selects 10 evaluation indexes from the perspectives of natural factors, social and economic factors, etc. With the help of GIS spatial analysis technology and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model, the suitability of construction land for low hill and gentle slope land resources in Longmatan District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province is evaluated, and the evaluation results are classified as appropriate and more appropriate. The evaluation results show that there are 18 552.51 hmm2 of low hill gentle slope land resources in Longmatan district, accounting for 55.69g of the total land area in this area, among which the suitable low hill slope land resources are mainly distributed in Longma area. A very small part of the south side of the pool area, In Longmatan area, 32.43% of the total area of land resources of low hill gentle slope is suitable for construction, and the more suitable area is mainly located in the surrounding area of suitable construction area. The proportion of the area occupied is 50.30, and the suitable area is scattered in the central region, the western region bordering Luxian County and the southeast region bordering Jiangyang District. The results can provide scientific and reasonable reference basis for the development of low hill slope land resources as potential resources of construction land in Longmatan district.
