【摘要】:礦山儲量動態(tài)管理是礦產資源儲量管理的一個重要組成部分,是合理利用礦產資源的關鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。開展礦山儲量動態(tài)管理的目的,是通過一定技術手段搞清楚企業(yè)本年度動用消耗礦產資源情況,使企業(yè)做到底數(shù)清楚。二是政府能夠及時掌控礦產資源儲量變動情況。三是為資源管理部門監(jiān)督礦山企業(yè)是否合理利用礦產資源提供依據(jù)。 實踐證明,儲量動態(tài)管理既能進一步摸清資源儲量家底,解決礦山多年存在的資源儲量家底不清的問題;又有利于預防礦山在開采過程中出現(xiàn)破壞和浪費資源現(xiàn)象,做到了日常監(jiān)管與年度礦山儲量地質測量工作相結合,技術服務與管理相結合,儲量動態(tài)管理與資源合理開發(fā)利用相結合。因此,對礦山進行儲量動態(tài)監(jiān)督管理勢在必行。它對于維護礦產資源國家所有的權益,促進礦山企業(yè)珍惜和合理開發(fā)利用能源,推進國土資源管理職能,建立資源節(jié)約型社會及安全生產都具有重要意義。 本文在分析儲量管理信息系統(tǒng)應用的基礎上,基于GIS、礦山信息化等領域專題研究的理論和技術,解決礦山資源儲量動態(tài)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設的有關問題,開發(fā)圖形和數(shù)據(jù)綜合管理的信息管理系統(tǒng)。圍繞資源儲量管理的模式,,論文主要研究了基于GIS的管理系統(tǒng)的設計方式,基于N層邏輯結構的CSLA框架系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),以及異源空間數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一管理的問題,最后探討了資源儲量管理過程中的誤差控制方法。
[Abstract]:The dynamic management of mine reserves is an important part of the management of mineral resources reserves and the key link of rational utilization of mineral resources. It is through certain technical means to find out clearly the situation of enterprises using mineral resources this year, The second is that the government can control the change of mineral resources reserves in time. The third is to provide the basis for the resources management department to supervise whether the mining enterprises use mineral resources rationally. It has been proved by practice that the dynamic management of reserves can not only find out the family background of resources and reserves, but also solve the problems of unclear resources and reserves, and prevent the occurrence of destruction and waste of resources in the mining process. The combination of daily supervision and annual geological survey of mine reserves, technical service and management, dynamic management of reserves and rational exploitation and utilization of resources are achieved. It is imperative to carry out dynamic supervision and management of reserves in mines. It can protect the rights and interests of mineral resources countries, promote mining enterprises to cherish and rationally develop and utilize energy resources, and promote the functions of land and resources management. It is of great significance to establish a resource-saving society and safe production. On the basis of analyzing the application of reserve management information system, based on the theory and technology of special research in the field of GIS and mine informatization, this paper solves the problems related to the construction of dynamic management information system of mine resources and reserves. The paper mainly studies the design method of management system based on GIS and the realization of CSLA frame system based on N-layer logic structure. Finally, the error control method in the process of resource reserve management is discussed.
