【摘要】:礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理是礦產(chǎn)資源儲(chǔ)量管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是合理利用礦產(chǎn)資源的關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。開(kāi)展礦山儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理的目的,是通過(guò)一定技術(shù)手段搞清楚企業(yè)本年度動(dòng)用消耗礦產(chǎn)資源情況,使企業(yè)做到底數(shù)清楚。二是政府能夠及時(shí)掌控礦產(chǎn)資源儲(chǔ)量變動(dòng)情況。三是為資源管理部門監(jiān)督礦山企業(yè)是否合理利用礦產(chǎn)資源提供依據(jù)。 實(shí)踐證明,儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理既能進(jìn)一步摸清資源儲(chǔ)量家底,解決礦山多年存在的資源儲(chǔ)量家底不清的問(wèn)題;又有利于預(yù)防礦山在開(kāi)采過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)破壞和浪費(fèi)資源現(xiàn)象,做到了日常監(jiān)管與年度礦山儲(chǔ)量地質(zhì)測(cè)量工作相結(jié)合,技術(shù)服務(wù)與管理相結(jié)合,儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理與資源合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用相結(jié)合。因此,對(duì)礦山進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)督管理勢(shì)在必行。它對(duì)于維護(hù)礦產(chǎn)資源國(guó)家所有的權(quán)益,促進(jìn)礦山企業(yè)珍惜和合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用能源,推進(jìn)國(guó)土資源管理職能,建立資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)及安全生產(chǎn)都具有重要意義。 本文在分析儲(chǔ)量管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,基于GIS、礦山信息化等領(lǐng)域?qū)n}研究的理論和技術(shù),解決礦山資源儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的有關(guān)問(wèn)題,開(kāi)發(fā)圖形和數(shù)據(jù)綜合管理的信息管理系統(tǒng)。圍繞資源儲(chǔ)量管理的模式,,論文主要研究了基于GIS的管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方式,基于N層邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)的CSLA框架系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),以及異源空間數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一管理的問(wèn)題,最后探討了資源儲(chǔ)量管理過(guò)程中的誤差控制方法。
[Abstract]:The dynamic management of mine reserves is an important part of the management of mineral resources reserves and the key link of rational utilization of mineral resources. It is through certain technical means to find out clearly the situation of enterprises using mineral resources this year, The second is that the government can control the change of mineral resources reserves in time. The third is to provide the basis for the resources management department to supervise whether the mining enterprises use mineral resources rationally. It has been proved by practice that the dynamic management of reserves can not only find out the family background of resources and reserves, but also solve the problems of unclear resources and reserves, and prevent the occurrence of destruction and waste of resources in the mining process. The combination of daily supervision and annual geological survey of mine reserves, technical service and management, dynamic management of reserves and rational exploitation and utilization of resources are achieved. It is imperative to carry out dynamic supervision and management of reserves in mines. It can protect the rights and interests of mineral resources countries, promote mining enterprises to cherish and rationally develop and utilize energy resources, and promote the functions of land and resources management. It is of great significance to establish a resource-saving society and safe production. On the basis of analyzing the application of reserve management information system, based on the theory and technology of special research in the field of GIS and mine informatization, this paper solves the problems related to the construction of dynamic management information system of mine resources and reserves. The paper mainly studies the design method of management system based on GIS and the realization of CSLA frame system based on N-layer logic structure. Finally, the error control method in the process of resource reserve management is discussed.
