【摘要】:隨著數(shù)字?jǐn)z影測量和遙感技術(shù)的發(fā)展,正射影像的制作及更新在方法和技術(shù)上已有了很大的進步,但是在局部正射影像更新方面還缺乏研究與實踐,而在突發(fā)事件的測繪保障中對局部正射影像的更新卻有著一定的需求。針對這一矛盾,本文從實際需要出發(fā),以局部正射影像為對象,研究了局部正射影像快速更新技術(shù)相關(guān)的理論與算法,其關(guān)鍵部分包括:特征提取、匹配及匹配策略、同名不規(guī)則三角網(wǎng)的構(gòu)建與局部影像的更新、更新影像精度檢測數(shù)據(jù)的獲取及更新區(qū)域精度分析等技術(shù)。 論文的主要工作和創(chuàng)新如下: 1.闡述了正射影像更新技術(shù)相關(guān)理論和算法的原理,并分析了當(dāng)前對局部正射影像更新的需求情況; 2.為了保證獲得完全正確的同名點,選擇了一種特征點誤匹配剔除算法,并對該算法進行了改進:以判斷同名點連線是否交叉或夾角明顯來剔除誤匹配這一方法為基礎(chǔ),提出了一種基于同名點連接線角度對誤匹配點進行剔除的算法。通過與其他誤匹配剔除算法相結(jié)合,,形成多重約束條件的誤匹配剔除方法,并用實驗證明了這種方法的有效性; 3.以特征匹配、不規(guī)則三角網(wǎng)和重采樣濾波器為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了對局部正射影像的自動更新; 4.闡述了精度理論。為了檢驗局部正射影像更新技術(shù)的實用性,本文使用了一種新的精度評價方法對更新后的正射影像進行了精度評價:利用特征提取和匹配算法,提取更新后正射影像與舊正射影像在更新區(qū)域內(nèi)的同名特征點對,以這些特征點和外業(yè)控制點的像點為精度檢查點,計算更新區(qū)域內(nèi)這些精度檢查點對的較差及整體中誤差,從而完成對影像精度的評價。
[Abstract]:With the development of digital photogrammetry and remote sensing technology, the making and updating of orthophoto image has made great progress in methods and techniques, but there is still a lack of research and practice in the area of local orthophoto image updating. However, there is a certain demand for updating the local orthophoto image in the surveying and mapping guarantee of unexpected events. In view of this contradiction, this paper starts from the actual needs and takes the local orthophoto image as the object. The theories and algorithms related to the rapid updating of local orthophoto images are studied. The key parts of the algorithms include feature extraction, matching and matching strategies, the construction of irregular triangular networks with the same name and the updating of local images. Update image precision detection data acquisition and update area precision analysis and other techniques. The main work and innovation of the thesis are as follows:. 1. The related theories and algorithms of orthophoto updating technology are introduced, and the current demand for local orthophoto image updating is analyzed. 2. In order to obtain exactly correct points of the same name, a feature point mismatch elimination algorithm is selected, and the algorithm is improved: the method is based on judging whether the line of the same name is crossed or the angle of the same name is obvious to eliminate the mismatch. In this paper, an algorithm for eliminating mismatch points based on the angle of the same name points connecting line is proposed. By combining with other mismatch elimination algorithms, the method of multi-constraint mismatching is formed, and the validity of this method is proved by experiments. 3. Based on feature matching, irregular triangulation and resampling filter, automatic updating of local orthophoto image is designed and realized. 4. The accuracy theory is expounded. In order to test the practicability of the local orthophoto image updating technique, a new accuracy evaluation method is used to evaluate the accuracy of the updated orthophoto image: feature extraction and matching algorithm are used to evaluate the accuracy of the updated orthophoto image. Extracting the pairs of the same name feature points between the updated orthophoto image and the old orthophoto image in the renewal area, taking these feature points and the image points of the field control points as the precision check points, calculating the difference of these precision check point pairs and the overall median error in the updated area.
