基于GIS的人民勝利渠灌區(qū)渠系優(yōu)化配水系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:節(jié)水灌溉是灌區(qū)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展程度的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志。在灌區(qū)來水量一定的情況下,準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算灌區(qū)內(nèi)作物需水量,制定科學(xué)合理的灌區(qū)作物配水方案對(duì)提高灌區(qū)水資源利用效率和灌區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。在灌區(qū)某次配水過程中,如何把有限的水量通過灌區(qū)各級(jí)渠系統(tǒng)籌分配到田間直接關(guān)系到水量損失程度和配水效果。渠系優(yōu)化配水是針對(duì)某次灌水來水量不足的情況下,對(duì)灌溉輪灌組組合進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使整個(gè)配水過程時(shí)間最短或者灌區(qū)灌溉效益達(dá)到最大化。人民勝利渠灌區(qū)渠系優(yōu)化配水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)可以根據(jù)不同灌溉要求計(jì)算生成相應(yīng)的配水方案,為灌區(qū)科學(xué)灌溉提供重要的技術(shù)支持。 本文在充分分析以往灌區(qū)渠系優(yōu)化配水模型設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,以整個(gè)輸水過程時(shí)間最短和輪灌組持續(xù)引水時(shí)間差異最小為雙目標(biāo)函數(shù)建立渠系優(yōu)化配水模型。在模型求解過程中,針對(duì)用于求解雙目標(biāo)函數(shù)算法設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜的問題,提出采用層次分析法確定雙目標(biāo)函數(shù)各自的權(quán)重系數(shù),然后根據(jù)各目標(biāo)權(quán)重系數(shù)把雙目標(biāo)函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標(biāo)函數(shù),并通過設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法程序?qū)ζ溥M(jìn)行求解,得到了較為合理的灌區(qū)輪灌組劃分組合。在模型優(yōu)化結(jié)果分析部分,通過將本文模型優(yōu)化結(jié)果與前人研究結(jié)果對(duì)比分析來驗(yàn)證本文模型的精度以及合理性。 本文在人民勝利渠灌區(qū)灌溉業(yè)務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了人民勝利渠灌區(qū)渠系優(yōu)化配水信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)集成了GIS地圖操作,信息管理和渠系優(yōu)化配水模型計(jì)算等功能,可實(shí)現(xiàn)灌區(qū)地圖數(shù)據(jù)的顯示、縮放和漫游等基本地圖操作功能;可實(shí)現(xiàn)灌區(qū)圖形數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)交互查詢;可實(shí)現(xiàn)灌區(qū)基礎(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)瀏覽和編輯;可實(shí)現(xiàn)灌區(qū)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能;可實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫備份與恢復(fù)功能;可實(shí)現(xiàn)灌區(qū)作物需水量的計(jì)算和引水口引水時(shí)間的確定;通過輸入模型參數(shù),可自動(dòng)生成優(yōu)化配水方案,為灌區(qū)制定節(jié)水灌溉方案提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Water-saving irrigation is an important indicator of the degree of modernization of irrigation district. It is of great significance to establish scientific and reasonable crop water distribution scheme for improving the efficiency of water resources utilization and the sustainable development of irrigation district. How to allocate the limited amount of water to the field directly through all levels of canal system in irrigation area is directly related to the degree of water loss and the effect of water distribution. The optimal water distribution of canal system is to optimize the combination of irrigation rotation irrigation group under the condition of insufficient irrigation water supply. The design and realization of optimal distribution system of canal system in Rensheng Canal Irrigation District can be calculated according to different irrigation requirements and the corresponding water distribution scheme can be generated. It provides important technical support for scientific irrigation in irrigation area. On the basis of fully analyzing the design of optimal water distribution model of canal system in irrigation area in the past, the optimal water distribution model of canal system is established by taking the shortest time of the whole water conveyance process and the minimum difference of the continuous diversion time of the rotation irrigation group as the dual objective function, and in the course of solving the model, the optimal water distribution model of the canal system is established. In order to solve the complex problem of two-objective function algorithm design, this paper proposes to use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight coefficients of the two-objective function, and then to transform the two-objective function into a single-objective function according to the weight coefficients of each objective. By designing a genetic algorithm program to solve the problem, a reasonable combination of rotation irrigation group in irrigation area is obtained. In the part of model optimization analysis, The accuracy and reasonableness of the model are verified by comparing the results of the model optimization and previous studies. Based on the demand of irrigation business in the people's Shengli Canal Irrigation District, this paper designs and implements the optimal water distribution information management system for the canal system of the people's Shengli Canal Irrigation District. The system integrates the operation of GIS map. The functions of information management and the calculation of water distribution model of canal system can realize the basic map operation functions, such as displaying, zooming and roaming of the map data of irrigation area, and can realize the interactive query of graph data and attribute data of irrigation area. It can realize browsing and editing of basic information data of irrigation district, statistical analysis function of basic data of irrigation district, backup and recovery function of database, calculation of crop water requirement and determination of diversion time of irrigation area. By inputting the parameters of the model, the optimal water distribution scheme can be generated automatically, which provides the decision basis for the formulation of water-saving irrigation scheme in irrigation area.
