【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)城市發(fā)展、資源配置、業(yè)態(tài)布局等方面存在的突出矛盾,立足城市產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的空間維度屬性,提出了基于地理空間信息建立城市產(chǎn)業(yè)資源信息共享服務(wù)平臺(tái)的總體構(gòu)想,闡明了其必要性和可行性,分析了建設(shè)該平臺(tái)所需的基礎(chǔ)條件、工作流程及數(shù)據(jù)資源。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了平臺(tái)建設(shè)的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路、主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容、實(shí)施推進(jìn)策略及組織保障措施,同時(shí)提出了針對(duì)今后長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的應(yīng)對(duì)思路。
[Abstract]:In view of the outstanding contradictions existing in the aspects of urban development, resource allocation and layout of industry in our country at present, we should base ourselves on the spatial attributes of urban industrial resources. This paper puts forward the overall idea of establishing the information sharing service platform of urban industry resources based on geospatial information, expounds its necessity and feasibility, and analyzes the basic conditions, workflow and data resources needed to build the platform. This paper puts forward the overall design idea of platform construction, the main construction content, the implementation of promotion strategy and organizational guarantee measures, and puts forward the countermeasures for the long-term effect mechanism in the future.
