基于無(wú)人機(jī)航測(cè)的黃河冰凌監(jiān)測(cè)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:冰情監(jiān)測(cè)是黃河防凌決策、水資源優(yōu)化調(diào)度、水工程運(yùn)行管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。隨著相關(guān)學(xué)科的不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代科技對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高,傳統(tǒng)方法已不能滿足冰情監(jiān)測(cè)的實(shí)際需求。采用無(wú)人機(jī)航測(cè)方式,利用其安全高效、人力成本低、可迅速發(fā)現(xiàn)凌汛險(xiǎn)情及堤防病害等特點(diǎn),對(duì)黃河易發(fā)凌汛險(xiǎn)情的內(nèi)蒙古河段進(jìn)行了多架次的航測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,所采用的中遙Ⅱ型無(wú)人機(jī)較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的航測(cè)過(guò)程,冰情數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果全面、準(zhǔn)確,為黃河凌汛險(xiǎn)情的預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)提供了參考,為確保黃河防凌安全發(fā)揮了積極作用。
[Abstract]:Ice condition monitoring is a key link in the Yellow River ice control decision, water resources optimization and water engineering operation and management. With the continuous development of related disciplines, modern science and technology require more and more high data quality. The traditional method can no longer meet the actual needs of ice condition monitoring.
