基于GIS的交通信息共享平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:由于交通行業(yè)信息化領(lǐng)域缺乏統(tǒng)一信息化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使得交通行業(yè)構(gòu)建了大量的異構(gòu)信息系統(tǒng),各系統(tǒng)間難以實(shí)現(xiàn)信息交換共享,孤島現(xiàn)象明顯。 本文分析了當(dāng)前交通信息化存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)SOA架構(gòu)和GIS技術(shù)的研究,根據(jù)交通行業(yè)整理平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)需求和平臺(tái)功能需求,按照“人、車(chē)、戶(hù)、路”的交通管理對(duì)象是否具有空間位置的特征來(lái)確定了平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)邊界,采用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法完成對(duì)交通信息庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì),引入GIS圖層的管理模式,將交通信息數(shù)據(jù)疊加基礎(chǔ)地形圖,最終形成“交通一張圖”。采用面向服務(wù)體系架構(gòu)(SOA,Service-Oriented Architecture)對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),本文將平臺(tái)分為5層,詳細(xì)介紹了數(shù)據(jù)層、共享服務(wù)層和應(yīng)用展現(xiàn)層的詳細(xì)功能。最后總結(jié)了研究過(guò)程中碰到的問(wèn)題和解決思路。 本文所設(shè)計(jì)的平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨平臺(tái)的整合以及異構(gòu)交通信息系統(tǒng)信息交換,降低開(kāi)發(fā)成本和實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn),,增加程序功能能的復(fù)用性。實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)共享方式向空間信息在線(xiàn)服務(wù)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,滿(mǎn)足交通廳機(jī)關(guān)及直屬單位、社會(huì)公眾、政府其他部門(mén)的應(yīng)用需求,大幅提高交通信息的共享能力。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of uniform information standards in the field of information technology in the transportation industry, a large number of heterogeneous information systems have been constructed in the transportation industry, and it is difficult to realize information exchange and sharing among the systems, and the phenomenon of isolated islands is obvious. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current traffic information, through the research of SOA architecture and GIS technology, according to the data demand and platform function demand of the transportation industry, according to "people, cars, households." Whether the traffic management object of "Road" has the characteristic of spatial location to determine the data boundary of the platform, the traffic information database is designed by using the object-oriented design method, and the management mode of GIS layer is introduced. The traffic information data is superimposed on the basic topographic map, and finally the "traffic one map" is formed. SOA is adopted as a service-oriented architecture. The platform is designed by Service-Oriented Architecture. In this paper, the platform is divided into five layers, and the data layer is introduced in detail. The detailed functions of the shared service layer and application presentation layer. Finally, the problems encountered in the research process and solutions are summarized. The platform designed in this paper realizes the integration of cross-platform and the information exchange of heterogeneous transportation information system, and reduces the development cost and implementation risk. Increase the reusability of program function. Realize the transformation from the traditional data sharing way to the spatial information online service mode, and meet the application needs of the traffic department, the directly affiliated units, the public and other government departments. Greatly improve the ability to share traffic information.
