基于夜光遙感和小區(qū)POI的住宅發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的空間耦合研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)城市住宅業(yè)發(fā)展與其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的單向或雙向因果關(guān)系問(wèn)題,有關(guān)學(xué)者利用宏觀統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法得到了不同的結(jié)論。本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建二者的時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)集,在城市內(nèi)部微觀層面上剖析了二者的耦合聯(lián)系及其空間差異性,以期在細(xì)尺度上解釋二者之間的關(guān)系。本文選取鄭州市作為研究區(qū),提出了一種基于夜光遙感數(shù)據(jù)的GDP空間化估算方法,進(jìn)而生成GDP時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)集;基于住宅小區(qū)POI點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)城市住宅進(jìn)行空間密度估計(jì),得到住宅小區(qū)的時(shí)空分布數(shù)據(jù)集;最后對(duì)GDP和住宅建設(shè)密度進(jìn)行了空間互相關(guān)分析,探究住宅發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)像元尺度上的共變趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:與前人的宏觀研究論斷不同,耦合分析結(jié)果顯示住宅業(yè)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系在城市內(nèi)部具有空間差異性,兩者既存在相互影響的區(qū)域,也存在無(wú)相關(guān)的區(qū)域;耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系極顯著的區(qū)域約占兩成,且主要位于市屬區(qū)和縣域中心區(qū);耦合不顯著和不相關(guān)的區(qū)域超過(guò)七成,大部分位于市屬縣域。
[Abstract]:A one-way or two-way causal relationship between the problem of city residential development and economic growth, the scholars use the methods of macro statistics analysis to obtain different conclusions. This paper constructs two spatio-temporal data sets, in the city within the micro level analysis of the difference between two and the coupling relationship between the space, in order to explain in fine scale two. This paper selects Zhengzhou city as the study area, GDP presents a luminous space based on remote sensing data estimation method, and then generate GDP spatio-temporal data sets; POI points according to the residential space of city residential density estimation based on the obtained data, temporal and spatial distribution of residential area in the last of the GDP; and residential construction density were analyzed by spatial correlation, explore the residential development and economic growth trend between the pixel scale. The results show that with the previous research on the macro Fault analysis results showed that the different coupling relationship between housing industry development and economic growth with spatial differences in the inner city, which have mutual influence region of both, also exists without related areas; coordination between the coupling region significantly accounted for about 20%, and mainly located in the central district and county municipal district; and no significant coupling not related to the area of more than 70%, mostly in the Municipal County.
