【摘要】:水是人類(lèi)生存的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),也是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障,近年來(lái)隨著人口的增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展使得水資源供需矛盾日益突出。如何讓有限的水資源得到充分有效的利用是目前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。在我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)消耗占用水總量的80%,這其中灌溉用水是農(nóng)業(yè)用水的主體,如何提高灌區(qū)用水效率是解決我國(guó)當(dāng)前水資源短缺的關(guān)鍵。近幾年隨著大型灌區(qū)節(jié)水改造和續(xù)建配套等項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,灌區(qū)水資源利用效率有了明顯提高,但是這不能徹底改變灌區(qū)水資源利用效率低下的現(xiàn)狀,只有運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的管理,才能徹底實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源的可持續(xù)利用。傳統(tǒng)的手工作業(yè)方法工作量大,并且水資源信息無(wú)法共享,導(dǎo)致灌區(qū)水資源信息管理效率低下,通過(guò)建立一個(gè)水資源管理信息系統(tǒng)可解決這些問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)管理系統(tǒng)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行整理分析,決定建立以GIS為平臺(tái)的水資源信息管理系統(tǒng),以提高灌區(qū)現(xiàn)代化水平,為灌區(qū)水資源高效利用提供支持。 建立以GIS為基礎(chǔ)的灌區(qū)水資源管理信息系統(tǒng)以及結(jié)合灌區(qū)實(shí)際情況對(duì)灌區(qū)基礎(chǔ)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化、系統(tǒng)化和可視化,提高了信息質(zhì)量和可利用度,管理者獲取了更多信息量,達(dá)到有效利用灌區(qū)水資源和緩解灌區(qū)水資源供需矛盾的目的,同時(shí)也為管理部門(mén)提供一種高效、可視化管理系統(tǒng)。 本文以VisualBasic6.0語(yǔ)言、Matlab和MapObjects組件為主要開(kāi)發(fā)工具,并應(yīng)用Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)GIS進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā),在分析水資源管理信息系統(tǒng)、地理信息系統(tǒng)和基于GIS的灌區(qū)水資源管理信息系統(tǒng)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)本文研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法的基本理論及方法進(jìn)行了研究探討,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)以及對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)及水資源合理配置的原理方法進(jìn)行了闡述。通過(guò)建立系統(tǒng)用戶(hù)不僅可以對(duì)灌區(qū)水資源信息進(jìn)行查詢(xún)、管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,還可以聯(lián)系灌區(qū)實(shí)際對(duì)灌區(qū)干旱年份、氣候變化下灌區(qū)作物需水量變化、氣候變化下灌溉需水量變化、灌溉日期和灌溉量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并通過(guò)建立模型對(duì)灌區(qū)廣義水資源進(jìn)行合理配置。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)用戶(hù)權(quán)限設(shè)置,使具有管理員權(quán)限的用戶(hù),可通過(guò)灌區(qū)信息對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)更新,為用戶(hù)及時(shí)全面掌握灌區(qū)各階段的水資源信息提供依據(jù)。 本文以人民勝利渠灌區(qū)為例建立系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及模型的建立具有實(shí)用性和可行性,并對(duì)灌區(qū)水資源管理的研究實(shí)踐做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Water is not only the material basis of human survival, but also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy. With the growth of population and the rapid development of social economy in recent years, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become more and more prominent. How to make full and effective use of limited water resources is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Takes up 80% of the total amount of water. Irrigation water is the main body of agricultural water use, how to improve the efficiency of water use in irrigation areas is the key to solve the current water shortage in China. The utilization efficiency of water resources in irrigation district has been obviously improved, but this can not completely change the current situation of low efficiency of water resources utilization in irrigation areas. Only the use of modern technology to carry out scientific and effective management of water resources. In order to realize the sustainable use of water resources completely, the traditional manual operation method has a large workload and water resources information can not be shared, resulting in low efficiency of water resources information management in irrigation areas. Through the establishment of a water resources management information system can solve these problems. Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of the management system, it is decided to establish a water resources information management system based on GIS. In order to improve the modernization level of irrigation district, provide support for efficient utilization of water resources in irrigation district. The establishment of water resources management information system based on GIS and the digitization, systematization and visualization of irrigation area basic information system combined with the actual situation of irrigation district improved the quality and availability of information. Managers obtain more information to make effective use of water resources in irrigation areas and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in irrigation areas. At the same time, it also provides an efficient and visual management system for management departments. In this paper, VisualBasic6.0 language Matlab and MapObjects components as the main development tools. The second development of GIS is carried out by using Access database, and the water resources management information system is analyzed. Based on the research status of GIS and irrigation area water resources management information system based on GIS, the research contents, basic theories and methods of this paper are discussed. The system structure and database are designed, and the principles and methods of forecasting and rational allocation of water resources are expounded. Not only can the users of the system query and manage the water resources information in irrigation area by establishing the system. Statistics and analysis can also be combined with the actual irrigation area drought year, climate change irrigation area crop water demand change, climate change irrigation water demand change, irrigation date and irrigation amount of forecast. Through the establishment of a model for rational allocation of general water resources in irrigation areas, the system can update the database information of the system through the information of irrigation district by setting the user rights. It provides the basis for the users to master the water resources information in every stage of irrigation district. This paper takes people's Shengli Canal Irrigation District as an example to establish the system. The results show that the design and model of the system are practical and feasible, and contribute to the research and practice of water resources management in irrigation area.
