【摘要】：隨著開源網(wǎng)絡(luò)地圖服務Open Street Map(OSM)數(shù)據(jù)精度的提高和數(shù)據(jù)覆蓋范圍的擴大,其應用已逐漸滲透到各個領(lǐng)域,國內(nèi)外專家學者對OSM的研究也不斷地深入。為探究OSM在極地科考領(lǐng)域的應用實現(xiàn),同時促進我國極地信息化事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,從應用角度出發(fā),論證了OSM在補充谷歌地圖實現(xiàn)"雪龍在線"網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺功能的可行性。實現(xiàn)了本地OSM全球地圖數(shù)據(jù)庫的建設(shè),并在實現(xiàn)極地網(wǎng)絡(luò)地圖服務(WMS)功能基礎(chǔ)之上提出多源空間數(shù)據(jù)的融合與可視化表達的技術(shù)路線,為極地海冰檢測與動態(tài)變化研究提供了有利的支持,為極地主管部門決策的制定與實施提供了可靠的保障。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of data precision and the expansion of data coverage of open source Open Street MapOSM, its application has gradually penetrated into various fields. In order to explore the application of OSM in the field of polar science and to promote the rapid development of China's polar information industry, from the perspective of application. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of OSM in complementing Google Maps to realize the function of "Xuelong online" network information platform, and realizes the construction of local OSM global map database. Based on the realization of polar network map service (WMS), the technical route of fusion and visualization of multi-source spatial data is put forward, which provides favorable support for polar sea ice detection and dynamic change research. It provides a reliable guarantee for the decision making and implementation of polar authorities.
