季凍地區(qū)過濕土改良研究

【摘要】:吉林至荒崗高速公路區(qū)屬季凍性過濕土地區(qū),雨季較長(zhǎng),降雨量相對(duì)集中,地表積水難以快速排泄,以致地下水位偏高,土體常常處于高含水量狀態(tài),土質(zhì)松軟,孔隙比大,承載力低,加之凍融循環(huán)作用導(dǎo)致土體結(jié)構(gòu)破壞,土體穩(wěn)定性較差。因此,要確保公路建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行,保障所建公路的安全性和穩(wěn)定性,必須針對(duì)季凍性過濕土地區(qū)路基填料進(jìn)行處治。通過查閱相關(guān)資料,在總結(jié)和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)季凍性過濕土地區(qū)路基處治技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀和理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究了以下內(nèi)容:(1)通過室內(nèi)基本物理力學(xué)試驗(yàn),得出了季凍地區(qū)過濕土的基本物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)指標(biāo)。根據(jù)季凍地區(qū)過濕土的含水率、液塑限等指標(biāo)對(duì)其進(jìn)行了界定,提出了適用于季凍地區(qū)過濕土的處治技術(shù)方案。(2)根據(jù)季凍地區(qū)過濕土的處治技術(shù)方案研究,得出了以水泥作為主要摻加劑,改良季凍地區(qū)過濕土的試驗(yàn)方案。開展了針對(duì)水泥改良土的工程性質(zhì)系統(tǒng)的研究,得到了水泥改良土的擊實(shí)特性、無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度、CBR承載比、回彈模量、水穩(wěn)定性、凍融穩(wěn)定性等路用性能指標(biāo)。(3)根據(jù)季凍地區(qū)過濕土的處治技術(shù)方案,對(duì)比分析季凍地區(qū)過濕土、水泥改良土和水泥改良季凍地區(qū)過濕土的力學(xué)強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),分析得出改良后土的工程性質(zhì)變化規(guī)律,總結(jié)水泥對(duì)季凍地區(qū)過濕土改良效果,為吉林至荒崗高速公路區(qū)公路建設(shè)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)支撐和理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The highway area from Jilin to Huanggang is a seasonal frozen and overwet soil area. The rainy season is long, the rainfall is relatively concentrated, the surface water is difficult to drain quickly, so the groundwater level is high, the soil is often in a high water content state, the soil is soft, and the porosity ratio is large. Low bearing capacity, combined with freezing and thawing cycle, lead to soil structure failure, soil stability is poor. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of highway construction and ensure the safety and stability of the built highway, it is necessary to deal with the subgrade filler in the seasonal freezing wet soil area. On the basis of reviewing relevant data and summarizing and analyzing the present situation and theoretical achievements of subgrade treatment technology at home and abroad, this paper mainly studies the following contents: (1) through indoor basic physical and mechanical tests, the main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) through indoor physical and mechanical tests, The basic physical and mechanical properties of overwet soil in seasonal frozen area are obtained. According to the index of moisture content and liquid plastic limit of overwetted soil in seasonally frozen area, the technical scheme for treatment of overwet soil in seasonally frozen area is put forward. (2) according to the technical scheme of treatment of overwetted soil in seasonally frozen area, the treatment scheme of overwet soil in seasonally frozen area is studied. The test scheme of improving the wet soil in the area of seasonal freezing with cement as the main admixture was obtained. Based on the systematic study of the engineering properties of the cement modified soil, the compaction characteristics of the cement modified soil, the unconfined compressive strength, the bearing ratio of CBR, the modulus of resilience and the water stability are obtained. Freeze-thaw stability and other road performance indexes. (3) according to the treatment technical plan of overwet soil in seasonal frozen area, comparative analysis is made on overwet soil in seasonal frozen area. The mechanical strength test data and stability test data of cement modified soil and cement modified soil in season frozen area are analyzed. The change rule of engineering properties of improved soil is obtained, and the improvement effect of cement on overwet soil in season frozen area is summarized. It provides solid data support and theoretical basis for highway construction in Jilin-wasteland expressway area.
