微生物在有機(jī)質(zhì)沉積和埋葬過程中的作用——古老的沉積記錄

【摘要】:本文對現(xiàn)代海洋以及海洋沉積物中四種來源的有機(jī)質(zhì)(海水的可溶有機(jī)質(zhì),海雪和顆粒有機(jī)質(zhì),底質(zhì)表面的生物席以及陸源輸入的有機(jī)質(zhì))的形成機(jī)理和沉積規(guī)律進(jìn)行了解析與歸納;介紹了當(dāng)前海洋學(xué)所流行的觀念,列舉烴源巖生烴母質(zhì)研究的部分實(shí)例,展示了寒武、奧陶、志留和二疊紀(jì)烴源巖中保存的顯微與超顯微有機(jī)組份(寒武系細(xì)菌狀化石、可能的微微型疑源類以及寒武系與志留系的胞外聚合物、二疊系微微型浮游生物狀化石)。可以認(rèn)為粘土有機(jī)復(fù)合體,海雪、生物席和有機(jī)質(zhì)的陸源輸入是從源頭上影響烴源巖發(fā)育的四大主要母質(zhì)類型。它們的各自發(fā)育又受許多因素的控制。但是,在有機(jī)質(zhì)沉積和埋葬過程中,我們總能發(fā)現(xiàn)微生物的身影。
[Abstract]:In this paper, four sources of organic matter (soluble organic matter in seawater, snow and particulate organic matter) in modern oceans and marine sediments are studied. In this paper, the formation mechanism and sedimentary rules of the biofilm and the organic matter input from the terrestrial source are analyzed and summarized, the popular concepts in oceanography are introduced, some examples of the source rock hydrocarbon source material research are listed, and the Cambrian is displayed. Microscopic and ultramicro organic components preserved in Ordovician, Silurian and Permian hydrocarbon source rocks (Cambrian bacteriform fossils, possible picotypic suspected sources, Cambrian and Silurian extracellular polymers, Permian picoplankton fossils). It can be concluded that the terrestrial inputs of clay organic complex, sea snow, biotic sheet and organic matter are the four major parent material types that influence the development of hydrocarbon source rocks from the source. Their development is controlled by many factors. However, microbes are always found in the deposition and burial of organic matter.
