隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在石油測(cè)井中,地層電阻率是分析地層巖性和評(píng)價(jià)油氣的重要參數(shù)。由于隨鉆測(cè)井技術(shù)測(cè)量實(shí)時(shí)性好、精度高、信息可靠,成為當(dāng)前測(cè)井發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。隨鉆雙感應(yīng)測(cè)井儀器是中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)測(cè)井公司最新推出的隨鉆感應(yīng)儀器,提供了深淺兩條測(cè)井曲線,對(duì)準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)地層具有重要的意義。本文設(shè)計(jì)完成了基于VC++6.0環(huán)境的隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件平臺(tái)。主要完成內(nèi)容和成果有以下幾方面。第一部分介紹了隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。包括隨鉆雙感應(yīng)測(cè)井儀器結(jié)構(gòu)、測(cè)井響應(yīng)計(jì)算方法和測(cè)井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)處理方法。第二部分完成了隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件的功能分析和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)分析確定軟件的三大功能模塊為“隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理可視化模塊”,“一維測(cè)井圖形顯示與編輯模塊”和“二維徑向電阻率剖面圖顯示與編輯模塊”。第三部分設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件的主界面。通過(guò)重繪菜單欄,工具欄和視圖分割的方法,將軟件主界面分為以下幾個(gè)區(qū)域:菜單欄、工具欄、隨鉆雙感應(yīng)儀器模型和地層模型顯示區(qū)、測(cè)井曲線頭顯示區(qū)、測(cè)井曲線顯示區(qū)以及狀態(tài)欄。第四部分研究“一維測(cè)井圖形顯示與編輯”模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。主要包括以下功能的實(shí)現(xiàn):測(cè)井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn);測(cè)井曲線頭體分開(kāi)和合成顯示;曲線和道屬性編輯,保存以及撤銷(xiāo)恢復(fù);曲線整體放大和局部放大;從測(cè)井曲線頭視圖中編輯曲線體;根據(jù)鼠標(biāo)位置實(shí)時(shí)顯示曲線的名稱(chēng)、深度和對(duì)應(yīng)深度的值;將曲線屬性保存成文件供再次打開(kāi)和編輯。第五部分討論了“二維徑向電阻率圖形繪制與編輯”模塊的功能和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。主要包括以下功能的實(shí)現(xiàn):漸變色庫(kù),將電阻率值轉(zhuǎn)化為顏色值,對(duì)二維圖形進(jìn)行放大,二維徑向電阻率圖形的線性刻度和對(duì)數(shù)刻度,根據(jù)鼠標(biāo)位置在狀態(tài)欄顯示對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)的深度和電阻率值,以及將測(cè)井圖形保存為位圖。本文完成的隨鉆雙感應(yīng)響應(yīng)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件平臺(tái)功能豐富、具有獨(dú)立的一維曲線繪圖和二維電阻率剖面繪圖界面,界面友好,可以滿(mǎn)足工程需求。
[Abstract]:In petroleum logging, formation resistivity is an important parameter to analyze formation lithology and evaluate oil and gas. Due to the high real-time, high precision and reliable information, logging while drilling technology has become the trend of logging development. The dual induction logging tool while drilling is a newly developed induction tool developed by China National Petroleum Group logging Company. It provides two log curves of depth and shallow, which is of great significance for accurate evaluation of formation. In this paper, the software platform of dual induction response while drilling and data processing based on VC 6.0 environment is designed and completed. The main content and results of the completion of the following aspects. The first part introduces the calculation and data processing method of dual induction response while drilling. It includes dual induction logging tool structure, logging response calculation method and logging data processing method. In the second part, the function analysis and structure design of dual induction response calculation and data processing software while drilling are completed. Through the analysis, it is determined that the three main function modules of the software are "the visualization module of double induction response while drilling", the "one dimensional well logging graph display and editing module" and "the two-dimensional radial resistivity profile display and edit module". The third part designs and implements the main interface of dual induction response calculation and data processing software while drilling. By redrawing menu bar, toolbar and view, the main interface of the software is divided into the following areas: menu bar, toolbar, display area of dual induction tool model while drilling and formation model, display area of log curve head. Log curve display area and status bar. In the fourth part, the realization method of one-dimensional logging graph display and edit module is studied. It mainly includes the following functions: log data access; logging curve head and body separation and synthesis display; curve and trace attribute editing, saving and revocation recovery; curve integral amplification and partial amplification; The curve body is edited from the log curve head view; the value of the name, depth and corresponding depth of the curve is displayed in real time according to the mouse position; and the properties of the curve are saved as a file for re-opening and editing. In the fifth part, the function and realization of the module "drawing and editing radial resistivity graph" are discussed. It mainly includes the realization of the following functions: gradual change of color library, conversion of resistivity value to color value, amplification of two-dimensional pattern, linear scale and logarithmic scale of two-dimensional radial resistivity figure, The depth and resistivity values of the corresponding points are displayed in the status bar according to the mouse position, and the well logging patterns are saved as bitmaps. The dual induction response calculation and data processing software platform completed in this paper has rich functions and has an independent interface of one-dimensional curve drawing and two-dimensional resistivity profile drawing. The interface is friendly and can meet the needs of engineering.
