低頻壓電檢波器的研究

【摘要】:隨著油氣田勘探開發(fā)的不斷深入,勘探目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)為復(fù)雜油氣藏。地震勘探也發(fā)展到的“兩寬一高”(即寬方位、寬頻帶、高密度)高精度三維勘探。寬頻地震勘探技術(shù)可以提高深層低頻信號的獲取能力,獲得高分辨率圖像,提高成像清晰度,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)更多的地層結(jié)構(gòu)和地質(zhì)構(gòu)造,最終提高物探公司在同行中的競爭力。要實(shí)現(xiàn)寬頻采集,就要把檢波器接收頻譜向低端拓展。本文總結(jié)和研究了國內(nèi)外壓電檢波器工作原理,對現(xiàn)有的dB25-10Hz壓電檢波器進(jìn)行深入的分析和討論,并參考法國SERCEL公司SG-5Hz動圈檢波器的技術(shù)指標(biāo),從而經(jīng)過論證確定了壓電傳感器和阻抗匹配器的使用材料,以及阻尼電阻、靈敏度、自然頻率、絕緣電阻等相關(guān)參數(shù)。另外,還設(shè)計出幾種類型的測試產(chǎn)品,通過權(quán)威單位的檢測和野外地震資料的采集試驗(yàn),最終確定了一種適合灘淺海使用的低頻壓電檢波器。針對這種檢波器,制定出檢測指標(biāo)和制作工藝流程,并設(shè)計出便攜式低頻壓電檢波器測試儀。低頻壓電檢波器的研制為實(shí)現(xiàn)寬頻采集邁出了第一步,也為以后的雙檢檢波器制造奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, exploration targets become complex oil and gas reservoirs. Seismic exploration has also developed into "two widths and one height" (i.e. wide azimuth, wide frequency band, high density) and high precision 3D exploration. Broadband seismic exploration technology can improve the acquisition ability of deep low frequency signals, obtain high resolution images, improve imaging clarity, and thus discover more stratigraphic structures and geological structures, and finally enhance the competitiveness of geophysical companies in the same trade. In order to achieve broadband acquisition, the receiver spectrum of geophone must be extended to the low end. In this paper, the working principle of piezoelectric geophone at home and abroad is summarized and studied. The existing dB25-10Hz piezoelectric detector is analyzed and discussed in depth, and the technical index of SG-5Hz movable coil detector of France SERCEL company is referred to. The materials used in piezoelectric sensors and impedance matchers, as well as the parameters of damping resistance, sensitivity, natural frequency, insulation resistance and so on are determined. In addition, several types of test products are designed, and a low-frequency piezoelectric geophone suitable for shoal and shallow water is finally determined by the testing of authoritative units and field seismic data collection. For the detector, the detection index and manufacturing process are worked out, and a portable low frequency piezoelectric detector tester is designed. The development of low frequency piezoelectric geophone is the first step to realize broadband acquisition, and it also lays a foundation for the manufacture of double detector.
