【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)形成了全球化的格局,導(dǎo)致對于資源賴以生存的資源型企業(yè)不得不在全世界范圍內(nèi)進行資源的爭奪。2008年金融危機對世界經(jīng)濟造成了重創(chuàng),經(jīng)過這些年的恢復(fù),世界經(jīng)濟依然增長緩慢,相反地中國企業(yè)在全世界范圍的對外直接投資反而增長迅猛,中國對外投資大國地位逐步確立。在中國企業(yè)對外投資過程中,由于對外直接投資策略定位不清,導(dǎo)致盲目投資現(xiàn)象存在,因此梳理中國企業(yè)對外直接投資策略制定的影響因素,探尋正確進行對外直接投資策略制定的方法,對于指導(dǎo)我國企業(yè)以更有效的方式進行外直接投資活動顯得尤為重要。 本文一開始針對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于對外直接投資的基礎(chǔ)理論進行評析,接下來通過中國資源型以及云南省企業(yè)對外直接投資的近況和特色,深入探究了中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的原由,然后探索了國際生產(chǎn)折衷理論的核心——三優(yōu)勢模式在本文實際案例CHXZ公司中的具體運用,并進行詳細分析,然后結(jié)合該公司對外直接投資發(fā)展歷程的說明,并對其在不同階段的對外直接投資策略進行詳細分析,最后根據(jù)該案例對外直接投資經(jīng)驗總結(jié)的啟迪,提出了可供參考的鉛鋅資源型企業(yè)對外直接投資策略的制定和實施方案的建議。 本文的研究成果對于當前中國企業(yè)對外直接投資策略的制定和實施具有一定的應(yīng)用價值和較強的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The world economy has formed a global pattern, leading resource-based enterprises that depend on resources to compete for resources around the world. The financial crisis of 2008 has caused a heavy blow to the world economy, and after these years of recovery, The world economy is still growing slowly, on the contrary, the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the world is growing rapidly, and the status of China as a big country of foreign investment is gradually established. In the process of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment, because the positioning of foreign direct investment strategy is not clear, the phenomenon of blind investment exists, so this paper combs the influencing factors of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment strategy formulation. It is very important for Chinese enterprises to conduct foreign direct investment activities in a more effective way by exploring the methods of making foreign direct investment strategies correctly. At the beginning of this paper, the author analyzes the basic theories of foreign direct investment of domestic and foreign scholars, and then through the recent situation and characteristics of Chinese resource-based foreign direct investment and Yunnan enterprises' foreign direct investment. This paper probes into the reasons of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment (FDI), and then probes into the application of the core-three advantages model of the international production compromise theory in the actual case of CHXZ Company in this paper, and analyzes it in detail. Then combined with the development of the company's OFDI development process, and its foreign direct investment strategy in different stages of a detailed analysis, finally according to the case of FDI experience summary enlightenment, Suggestions on the formulation and implementation of foreign direct investment strategy for lead and zinc resource enterprises are put forward. The research results of this paper have certain application value and strong practical guiding significance for the formulation and implementation of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment strategy.
