【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)形成了全球化的格局,導(dǎo)致對于資源賴以生存的資源型企業(yè)不得不在全世界范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行資源的爭奪。2008年金融危機(jī)對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)造成了重創(chuàng),經(jīng)過這些年的恢復(fù),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)依然增長緩慢,相反地中國企業(yè)在全世界范圍的對外直接投資反而增長迅猛,中國對外投資大國地位逐步確立。在中國企業(yè)對外投資過程中,由于對外直接投資策略定位不清,導(dǎo)致盲目投資現(xiàn)象存在,因此梳理中國企業(yè)對外直接投資策略制定的影響因素,探尋正確進(jìn)行對外直接投資策略制定的方法,對于指導(dǎo)我國企業(yè)以更有效的方式進(jìn)行外直接投資活動顯得尤為重要。 本文一開始針對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于對外直接投資的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行評析,接下來通過中國資源型以及云南省企業(yè)對外直接投資的近況和特色,深入探究了中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的原由,然后探索了國際生產(chǎn)折衷理論的核心——三優(yōu)勢模式在本文實(shí)際案例CHXZ公司中的具體運(yùn)用,并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,然后結(jié)合該公司對外直接投資發(fā)展歷程的說明,并對其在不同階段的對外直接投資策略進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,最后根據(jù)該案例對外直接投資經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)的啟迪,提出了可供參考的鉛鋅資源型企業(yè)對外直接投資策略的制定和實(shí)施方案的建議。 本文的研究成果對于當(dāng)前中國企業(yè)對外直接投資策略的制定和實(shí)施具有一定的應(yīng)用價值和較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The world economy has formed a global pattern, leading to the contention of resource based enterprises on which resources depend on the survival of the world. The financial crisis in the.2008 year has caused heavy damage to the world economy. After these years, the world economy continues to grow slowly. On the contrary, Chinese enterprises are in the world wide range. As a result of the rapid growth of foreign direct investment, the status of China's foreign investment power is gradually established. In the process of foreign investment in Chinese enterprises, because of the unclear positioning of foreign direct investment strategy, the phenomenon of blind investment exists. Therefore, the influence factors of the formulation of foreign direct investment strategy in Chinese enterprises are combed, and the correct policy of foreign direct investment is explored. The method outlined is particularly important for guiding Chinese enterprises to conduct outward FDI in a more effective way.
At first, this paper reviews the basic theory of foreign direct investment by scholars at home and abroad. Then through the current situation and characteristics of China's resource type and the foreign direct investment in Yunnan Province, it explores the origin of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment, and then explores the core of the International Production Compromise Theory - three dominant models. In this paper, the specific application of the actual case CHXZ company, and the detailed analysis, and then combined with the development process of the company's foreign direct investment, and the detailed analysis of its foreign direct investment strategy at different stages. Finally, according to the Enlightenment of the experience summary of the case, the paper puts forward the lead and zinc for reference. The formulation and implementation of foreign direct investment strategy for resource-based enterprises.
The research results of this paper have certain practical value and practical guiding significance for the formulation and implementation of China's foreign direct investment strategy.
