破碎軟巖注漿結(jié)石體的動(dòng)力沖擊試驗(yàn)及動(dòng)態(tài)損傷模型辨識(shí)

【摘要】:巖體注漿結(jié)石后的動(dòng)力特性直接影響到巖體加固工程的動(dòng)力穩(wěn)定性,目前對(duì)破碎軟巖注漿結(jié)石體的動(dòng)力特性并不明確,因此開展結(jié)石體動(dòng)力特性的定性與定量研究具有較大意義。選取典型的軟巖碎塊,假定注漿裂隙的均勻性并忽略漿液擴(kuò)散的隨機(jī)性,通過簡(jiǎn)化控制注漿模仿過程制備注漿結(jié)石體試樣,借助SHPB裝置進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊壓縮試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,注漿結(jié)石體的破壞大部分發(fā)生在漿-巖膠結(jié)面,細(xì)觀上表現(xiàn)出顯著的脆性損傷開裂特征,宏觀全應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線初始階段無顯著的壓密過程,較小應(yīng)變時(shí)便達(dá)到峰值強(qiáng)度,但峰值強(qiáng)度后階段表現(xiàn)出顯著的應(yīng)變軟化特征,破壞后階段存在一定的殘余強(qiáng)度;軟巖碎塊與水泥的質(zhì)量比對(duì)結(jié)石體的動(dòng)力特性具有顯著影響,成分最優(yōu)配比條件下結(jié)石體的峰值強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到極大值;相同材料含量比條件下含水率越高其動(dòng)峰值強(qiáng)度及彈性模量普遍越小,表明含水率對(duì)結(jié)石體動(dòng)力特性具有顯著影響。此外,基于連續(xù)損傷及統(tǒng)計(jì)強(qiáng)度理論,辨識(shí)得到了軟巖注漿結(jié)石體的動(dòng)態(tài)損傷力學(xué)模型及其參數(shù),對(duì)比表明理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)曲線具有較好的一致性。研究成果可為開展破碎軟巖注漿體的特性研究提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of rock mass after grouting have a direct impact on the dynamic stability of rock mass strengthening project. At present, the dynamic characteristics of broken soft rock grouting stone body are not clear. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out qualitative and quantitative study on the dynamic characteristics of stone body. The typical soft rock fragments were selected and the homogeneity of grouting cracks was assumed and the randomness of grouting diffusion was ignored. The grouting stone samples were prepared by simplified control grouting imitation process and the dynamic impact compression tests were carried out with the help of SHPB device. The results show that most of the failure of grouting stone occurs on the cementation surface of grouting rock, and it shows obvious brittle damage and cracking characteristics in meso-scale, and there is no significant compaction process in the initial stage of macroscopic total stress-strain curve. The peak strength is reached when the strain is small, but the strain softening is obvious in the post-peak strength stage, and the residual strength exists in the post-failure stage, and the mass ratio of soft rock fragments to cement has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of stone body. The peak strength of stone body can reach the maximum value under the condition of optimum composition ratio, and the dynamic peak strength and elastic modulus of stone body with higher water content under the same material content ratio are generally smaller, which indicates that the water content has a significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of stone body. In addition, based on the theory of continuous damage and statistical strength, the dynamic damage mechanics model and its parameters of soft rock grouting stone are identified. The comparison shows that the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured curves. The results can be used for reference in the study of grouting characteristics of broken soft rock.
