【摘要】：作為企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的重要內(nèi)容之一,社區(qū)關(guān)系對于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展有著重要的意義。云南磷化集團昆陽磷礦在社區(qū)關(guān)系建設(shè)過程中打造的"漢營模式"取得了良好的實踐效果。本文以此為案例,總結(jié)了"漢營模式"的成功經(jīng)驗,并通過分析具體實踐,揭示了企業(yè)社區(qū)關(guān)系的三要素,即企業(yè)盈利、企業(yè)責(zé)任意識、社區(qū)參與意識;同時,本文解析了企業(yè)社區(qū)關(guān)系發(fā)展中的企業(yè)社區(qū)參與的實施過程,結(jié)果表明基礎(chǔ)性參與策略對于企業(yè)社區(qū)關(guān)系的發(fā)展具有決定性作用,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了企業(yè)社區(qū)參與的分區(qū)模型。研究結(jié)果不僅有助于豐富企業(yè)社區(qū)關(guān)系研究的相關(guān)理論,也可為企業(yè)開展社區(qū)關(guān)系實踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As one of the important contents of corporate social responsibility, community relationship is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. In the process of community relationship construction, Yunnan Phosphate Group Kunyang Phosphate Mine has achieved good practical results. Taking this as an example, this paper summarizes the successful experience of "Hanying Mode", and through the analysis of the concrete practice, reveals the three elements of corporate community relations, namely, corporate profit, corporate responsibility consciousness, community participation consciousness, at the same time, This paper analyzes the implementation process of enterprise community participation in the development of enterprise community relations. The results show that the basic participation strategy plays a decisive role in the development of enterprise community relations. On this basis, the partition model of enterprise community participation is constructed. The results are not only helpful to enrich the relevant theories of enterprise community relations, but also provide reference for enterprises to carry out community relations practice.
