五溝煤礦副井井筒破裂機理及治理技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:煤礦立井井筒破壞是一種特殊類型的工程地質(zhì)災(zāi)害,是人類采礦活動和地質(zhì)環(huán)境相互作用的結(jié)果。本文在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過理論分析與FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬,對五溝煤礦副井井筒的破裂機理與治理技術(shù)進行了研究。主要研究工作為: (1)通過對五溝煤礦實際工程地質(zhì)與水文地質(zhì)的總結(jié)分析,結(jié)合立井井筒破壞的相關(guān)理論,對五溝煤礦副井井筒破壞的發(fā)生機理進行了理論分析研究; (2)基于五溝煤礦副井的工程地質(zhì)模型,建立了副井的數(shù)值模擬計算模型,運用大型有限差分軟件FLAC3D,基于太沙基有效應(yīng)力原理,對四含水位下降的附加應(yīng)力場和位移場數(shù)值模擬,并最終擬合出井壁最大附加豎直應(yīng)力和四含水位下降之間的變化關(guān)系公式; (3)根據(jù)有關(guān)破裂井壁治理技術(shù)經(jīng)驗,實施了井筒注漿加固、開設(shè)卸壓槽和架設(shè)井圈的治理技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了對立井井壁豎直附加應(yīng)力的有效緩解,治理效果良好。
[Abstract]:Shaft failure of coal mine shaft is a special type of engineering geological disaster, which is the result of the interaction between human mining activities and geological environment. Based on the previous research results, this paper studies the fracture mechanism and treatment technology of auxiliary shaft in Wugou coal mine by theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation. The main research work is: 1) through summing up and analyzing the actual engineering geology and hydrogeology of Wugou coal mine, combining with the relevant theory of shaft failure, the mechanism of shaft failure of auxiliary well in Wugou coal mine is analyzed and studied theoretically. Based on the engineering geological model of the auxiliary well in Wugou Coal Mine, the numerical simulation model of the auxiliary well is established. The numerical simulation of the additional stress field and displacement field of the four water level drop is carried out by using the large-scale finite-difference software FLAC3D and based on the effective stress principle of Terzaghi. Finally, the formula of the relationship between the maximum additional vertical stress of the shaft wall and the decline of the four-bearing water level is obtained. 3) according to the experience in the treatment of fractured shaft wall, the treatment technology of wellbore grouting reinforcement, opening pressure relief tank and setting up well ring is carried out, which can effectively alleviate the vertical additional stress of vertical shaft wall, and the treatment effect is good.
