頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量測(cè)定的影響因素定量分析

【摘要】:頁(yè)巖氣是一種重要的非常規(guī)天然氣資源,頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定是正確評(píng)價(jià)頁(yè)巖含氣量和資源潛力的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。通常采用等溫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法確定頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量。但是,現(xiàn)在多數(shù)情況下頁(yè)巖高壓時(shí)的吸附量出現(xiàn)負(fù)值,等溫吸附曲線特征也呈現(xiàn)下降形態(tài),與以往在煤層氣領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)識(shí)明顯不同。為了正確解釋此種現(xiàn)象,研究中選取了國(guó)際頁(yè)巖吸附量測(cè)定對(duì)比的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品(Kimmeridge頁(yè)巖、Posidonia頁(yè)巖)以及我國(guó)四川盆地龍馬溪組和塔里木盆地奧陶系頁(yè)巖等樣品,開(kāi)展了一系列的等溫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值計(jì)算,對(duì)頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量測(cè)定的影響因素進(jìn)行了半定量—定量分析。研究表明,氣體狀態(tài)方程、自由空間體積、壓力傳感器精度和空白測(cè)試等是影響頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量測(cè)定的主要因素。氣體狀態(tài)方程中,Se-W方程最適用于頁(yè)巖的甲烷吸附量計(jì)算,其次是S-R-K方程,最差的是P-R方程。自由空間體積與吸附量呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,即自由空間體積偏大,吸附量比實(shí)際減小;相反,自由空間體積偏小,吸附量結(jié)果比實(shí)際大,高壓條件下對(duì)吸附量的影響更為明顯。相對(duì)于溫度傳感器,壓力傳感器精度對(duì)頁(yè)巖甲烷吸附量的影響更為突出,萬(wàn)分之一精度壓力傳感器的等溫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果比千分之一精度的更精確。此外,未經(jīng)過(guò)空白測(cè)試校正的頁(yè)巖吸附量通常比實(shí)際吸附量低,且會(huì)導(dǎo)致吸附量出現(xiàn)負(fù)值。因此,開(kāi)展頁(yè)巖吸附氣含量的測(cè)定需要對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)和相應(yīng)的校正。
[Abstract]:Shale gas is an important unconventional natural gas resource. The accurate determination of shale adsorption gas content is the key parameter to correctly evaluate the gas content and resource potential of shale. The adsorption gas content of shale is determined by the method of isothermal adsorption. However, the adsorption amount of shale at high pressure is negative in most cases and isothermal adsorption curve in most cases. In order to correctly explain this phenomenon, the international standard samples (Kimmeridge shale, Posidonia shale) and samples of the Sichuan basin and the Ordovician shale in the Sichuan basin and the Tarim Basin were selected for the correct interpretation of this phenomenon. A series of isothermal adsorption experiments and numerical calculations have been used to make a semi quantitative and quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the determination of shale adsorption gas content. The study shows that the gas state equation, free space volume, pressure sensor precision and blank test are the main factors affecting the determination of shale adsorption gas content. In gas state equation, Se-W equation It is the most suitable for the calculation of methane adsorption of shale, followed by the S-R-K equation, and the worst is the P-R equation. The volume of free space has a negative correlation with the amount of adsorption, that is, the volume of free space is larger and the adsorption amount is smaller than the actual. On the contrary, the volume of free space is smaller, the adsorption amount is larger than that in the real world, and the effect on the adsorption amount is more obvious under the condition of high pressure. Compared with the temperature sensor, the effect of the pressure sensor precision on the adsorption of shale methane is more prominent, and the results of the isothermal adsorption experiment of the 1/10000 precision pressure sensor are more accurate than the 1/1000 precision. In addition, the shale adsorption quantity which is not corrected by the blank test is usually lower than the actual adsorption quantity, and it will lead to the negative amount of adsorption. Therefore, the determination of shale gas content should be systematically understood and corrected accordingly.
