包頭市區(qū)粉土受鹽酸污染的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近些年,,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,在土木工程領(lǐng)域的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)因土體受污染而導(dǎo)致工程建設(shè)方面的問題越發(fā)增多。然而,我國目前對于受污染土體的性質(zhì)變化規(guī)律及成因的研究仍有不足,尤其是酸污染粉土土性變化的機(jī)理方面的研究存有空白。針對這種情況,本文選取包頭市區(qū)粉土,通過0%(清水)、1%、4%、8%、12%濃度鹽酸的浸泡試驗(yàn),模擬粉土受酸溶液污染,并通過土工試驗(yàn)、礦物成分分析、電鏡掃描,對受污粉土物理、力學(xué)性質(zhì)、組成成分、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)幾方面進(jìn)行研究,在一定程度上解釋了粉土受酸溶液污染后,土性的變化特征和成因,研究的主要結(jié)論如下: (1)土體內(nèi)次生礦物中的粘土礦物、水溶性鹽中的難溶鹽和有機(jī)質(zhì)會與鹽酸作用發(fā)生化學(xué)溶蝕、沉淀、羧酸根與氫離子結(jié)合等反應(yīng),生成新的礦物成分:粘土礦物氧化鎂、難溶鹽碳酸鈣及有機(jī)質(zhì)含量,都伴隨鹽酸溶液濃度的增大而減少。 (2)分析鹽酸污染后粉土試樣的電子顯微鏡照片可以發(fā)現(xiàn),土的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)亦隨著鹽酸濃度增加呈現(xiàn)如下變化:土顆粒表面平滑化、大顆粒的粒徑變小、小顆粒數(shù)量減少、孔隙變大且加深、土顆粒間的接觸方式改變、有新物質(zhì)產(chǎn)生。 (3)粉土的物理性質(zhì)也發(fā)生改變。隨著鹽酸濃度的增加,土體的外觀顏色加深,變得有腐蝕性氣味。質(zhì)量、干密度、比重減小,含水率、孔隙比增大。同時土的液限減小,塑限增大,塑性指數(shù)減小。 (4)粉土的基本力學(xué)性質(zhì)也發(fā)生變化。壓縮系數(shù)變大、壓縮模量減小,土體的壓縮指數(shù)、體積壓縮系數(shù)和回彈指數(shù)變大。同時土體的粘聚力增加,內(nèi)摩擦角減小。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustainable development of economy, in the process of production practice in the field of civil engineering, it is found that the problems in engineering construction are more and more caused by soil pollution. However, there are still some deficiencies in the study of the properties and causes of the contaminated soil in China, especially in the study of the mechanism of the acid-contaminated silt. In view of this situation, the silt of Baotou urban area was selected in this paper, and the soaking test with 12% hydrochloric acid concentration was carried out to simulate the contamination of silt by acid solution, and through geotechnical test, mineral composition analysis, scanning electron microscope, the physics of contaminated silt was studied. The mechanical properties, composition and microstructure of silt are studied in this paper. To some extent, the characteristics and causes of soil properties change after the silt is polluted by acid solution are explained. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: Clay minerals in secondary minerals in soil, insoluble salts and organic matter in water-soluble salts react with hydrochloric acid by chemical dissolution, precipitation, reaction of carboxylic acid with hydrogen ions, and formation of new mineral components: clay mineral magnesium oxide, The content of insoluble calcium carbonate and organic matter decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration. (2) the microstructures of silt samples after hydrochloric acid contamination were analyzed by electron microscopy. The microstructure of the soil changed as follows with the increase of HCl concentration: the surface of soil particles was smooth, the size of large particles became smaller, and the number of small particles decreased. The porosity becomes larger and deeper, the contact mode between soil particles changes, and new materials are produced. The physical properties of silt also changed. With the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration, the appearance color of soil deepened and became corrosive smell. Mass, dry density, specific gravity decrease, water content and porosity ratio increase. At the same time, the liquid limit of the soil decreases, the plastic limit increases and the plastic index decreases. The basic mechanical properties of silt also changed. The compression coefficient increases, the compression modulus decreases, and the compression index, volume compression coefficient and springback index increase. At the same time, the cohesion of soil increases and the angle of internal friction decreases.
