區(qū)域及高速鐵路地震預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的效能分析

【摘要】:地震預(yù)警是減輕地震災(zāi)害有效手段之一,我國已經(jīng)啟動(dòng)了區(qū)域及高速鐵路地震預(yù)警系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。為了開展區(qū)域及高速鐵路地震預(yù)警系統(tǒng)效能評(píng)估,本文開展以下主要工作:1.對(duì)地震預(yù)警系統(tǒng)效能分析的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面總結(jié)。以臺(tái)間距、觸發(fā)定量臺(tái)站數(shù)所需時(shí)間、固定時(shí)間窗內(nèi)觸發(fā)臺(tái)站數(shù)、預(yù)警第1報(bào)時(shí)間、預(yù)警發(fā)布時(shí)間提高程度為分析指標(biāo),對(duì)首都圈地震預(yù)警示范系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)有臺(tái)站布設(shè)方案和規(guī)劃臺(tái)站布設(shè)方案的預(yù)警時(shí)效性進(jìn)行了分析對(duì)比。2.基于首都圈地震預(yù)警示范系統(tǒng)的測(cè)震臺(tái)、強(qiáng)震動(dòng)臺(tái)、烈度儀臺(tái)的設(shè)備性能參數(shù)和臺(tái)址背景噪聲,分析了三種類型臺(tái)站的地震預(yù)警監(jiān)測(cè)能力;谑锥既Φ卣痤A(yù)警示范系統(tǒng)三類臺(tái)站的背景噪聲幅值RMS值,分別分析得到首都圈地震預(yù)警示范系統(tǒng)的單臺(tái)及臺(tái)網(wǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)能力的震級(jí)下限分布,首都圈地震預(yù)警示范系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)震級(jí)下限總體低于2.5級(jí),北京、天津和石家莊部分地區(qū)達(dá)到0.5級(jí)至1級(jí)。3.基于日本K-NET強(qiáng)震記錄分析了緊急處置PGA的統(tǒng)計(jì)傳播規(guī)律,定義了報(bào)警與預(yù)警兩種緊急處置方式的時(shí)延以及系統(tǒng)時(shí)效性分析指標(biāo);針對(duì)成灌、大西、福廈及京石武四條高速鐵路地震監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警臺(tái)站分布,基于歷史破壞性地震資料,分析了這四條高速鐵路遭受的最大地震動(dòng)影響以及理論緊急處置時(shí)效性;以預(yù)警可用時(shí)間提高程度和地震危險(xiǎn)性為依據(jù),分析得到能夠?qū)Τ晒喔哞F地震預(yù)警時(shí)效性提升最大的臺(tái)站加密布設(shè)區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:Earthquake warning is one of the effective means to reduce earthquake disaster. China has started the construction of regional and high-speed railway earthquake warning system. In order to carry out the regional and high-speed railway earthquake warning system effectiveness evaluation, this paper carries out the following main work: 1. In this paper, the research status of seismic early warning system effectiveness analysis is summarized. According to the interval between stations, the time required to trigger the number of quantitative stations, the number of trigger stations in the fixed time window, the first time of early warning and the improvement of the time of early warning release, the index of analysis is the improvement of the time of early warning. This paper analyzes and compares the effectiveness of the existing station layout scheme and the planning station layout scheme of the Capital Circle earthquake warning demonstration system. 2. Based on the equipment performance parameters and background noise of the seismograph station, strong vibration station and intensity meter station of the earthquake warning demonstration system in the capital circle, the seismic early-warning monitoring ability of three kinds of stations is analyzed. Based on the background noise amplitude RMS of three stations in the Capital Circle earthquake early warning demonstration system, the magnitude lower limit distribution of the single station and network monitoring capability of the Capital Circle earthquake warning demonstration system is obtained, respectively. The lower limit of the earthquake warning and demonstration system in the Capital Circle is below 2.5, with parts of Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang ranging from 0.5 to 1. 3. Based on the strong earthquake records of K-NET in Japan, the statistical propagation law of emergency disposal PGA is analyzed, and the time-delay and time-efficiency analysis indexes of two kinds of emergency disposal modes, alarm and early warning, are defined. The distribution of seismic monitoring and early warning stations of four high-speed railways in Fuxia and Jingshiwu is analyzed. Based on the historical destructive seismic data, the maximum ground motion and the timeliness of theoretical emergency disposal are analyzed. Based on the increase of the available time and the seismic risk of early warning, the paper analyzes and obtains the area of infilling the station that can improve the time efficiency of earthquake warning of Cheng-Guang high-speed railway.
