楔刀作用下軟硬互層巖體貫入破壞試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隧道工程TBM施工中廣泛遇到軟硬復(fù)合地層,TBM刀具作用下軟硬互層巖體破壞特征與均質(zhì)巖體存在較大差異。采用RMT-301剛性試驗(yàn)機(jī),對(duì)不同軟硬互層組合下的類巖石板狀試樣進(jìn)行了楔刀貫入破壞試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行了聲發(fā)射和高速攝像監(jiān)測(cè),探討了掘進(jìn)軸向上軟硬互層因素對(duì)TBM刀具破巖效果的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:刀具破巖的難易不僅與刀具直接作用層巖石性質(zhì)有關(guān),同時(shí)還受作用層與承壓層巖石強(qiáng)度比值的影響;板狀試樣的剝落破壞區(qū)反映了刀具作用下試樣的壓塑區(qū),作用層相同而承壓層巖石越軟時(shí),作用層巖石將在垂直于刀具貫入方向上具有更大的破碎范圍;板狀試樣的聲發(fā)射事件平面定位點(diǎn)具有聚集分布的特點(diǎn),聚集區(qū)亦表現(xiàn)出隨承壓層材料由相對(duì)較硬到相對(duì)較軟而有垂直于刀具加載方向發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),表明聲發(fā)射平面定位結(jié)果的聚集分布較好地反映了試樣內(nèi)部的損傷劣化情況。
[Abstract]:The failure characteristics of soft and hard interbedded rock mass under the action of soft and hard composite strata are quite different from those of homogeneous rock mass in tunnel engineering TBM construction. Using RMT-301 rigid testing machine, the wedge-knife penetration failure test was carried out on rock-like plate-like specimens with different soft and hard interlaminar combinations, and acoustic emission and high-speed camera monitoring were carried out during the test process. The influence of axial soft and hard interlayer on the rock breaking effect of TBM tool is discussed. The test results show that the difficulty of cutting tool rock breaking is not only related to the rock properties of the cutting tool's direct action layer, but also affected by the ratio of the rock strength of the action layer to the bearing layer, and the flaking and failure zone of the plate specimen reflects the compression plastic zone of the specimen under the action of the tool. When the action layer is the same and the bearing layer rock is softer, the action layer rock will have a larger fracture range perpendicular to the cutting tool penetration direction, and the acoustic emission event plane location point of the plate specimen will have the characteristics of aggregation and distribution. The accumulation area also shows a trend of development perpendicular to the loading direction of the tool with the relatively hard to relatively soft confined layer materials, indicating that the aggregation distribution of the acoustic emission plane localization results well reflects the damage deterioration in the specimen.
