【摘要】:高邊坡的支護(hù)是巖土工程領(lǐng)域中較為復(fù)雜的技術(shù)。巖土錨固技術(shù)以其具有的能夠合理利用巖土自身的強度和自穩(wěn)能力,可簡化結(jié)構(gòu)體系、提高結(jié)構(gòu)物的穩(wěn)定性,節(jié)約材料,工期短,造價合理等優(yōu)點,成為目前廣泛使用的高邊坡支護(hù)方法。高邊坡錨固施工時,錨索孔成孔施工難度較大,一方面對鉆孔精度的要求高,地層條件通常較復(fù)雜,鉆進(jìn)難度大;另一方面工作面距地面高,需要搭設(shè)腳手架,工作面小,鉆機的就位、移位困難,只能用輕型鉆機施工,鉆進(jìn)能力有限。高邊坡錨固要求鉆機滿足以下要求:對施工現(xiàn)場的適應(yīng)性要強,工作可靠,輕便、分體性好,可在腳手架上安設(shè);具有較高的鉆進(jìn)效率和鉆孔質(zhì)量;事故預(yù)防及處理能力強等。本文總結(jié)了高邊坡錨固工程中,鉆孔施工存在的難點,以及其對鉆機性能的要求,簡述了國內(nèi)外錨固鉆機的類型、性能特點及代表機型,重點對目前高邊坡錨固支護(hù)工程中使用的輕型鉆機進(jìn)行了分析,對現(xiàn)有機型的實際應(yīng)用情況、優(yōu)缺點及未來的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了闡述。結(jié)合一型已在實際施工生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用的錨桿鉆機,在分析其鉆進(jìn)能力、結(jié)構(gòu)特點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出改進(jìn)設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步完善鉆機的模塊化設(shè)計,利用鋁合金材料作為零部件材料,大幅度降低鉆機整裝質(zhì)量,并利用Solid Works Simulation軟件對鉆機零部件進(jìn)行有限元分析。本文所設(shè)計鉆機分為主機、動力站、操作臺及鉆機支撐架四大模塊,除動力站外,其他模塊的質(zhì)量均控制在80kg內(nèi)。其具備的優(yōu)點主要是:整機質(zhì)量小,模塊式結(jié)構(gòu),各模塊結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,拆裝便捷,易于搬運;全液壓驅(qū)動,可進(jìn)行無極調(diào)速,動力頭主軸通孔式結(jié)構(gòu),加桿、倒桿便捷,便于處理孔內(nèi)異常情況;主機可直接與腳手架連接,便于高邊坡錨固施工時鉆機的安裝及就位,配合支撐架模塊,鉆機可在地表進(jìn)行施工,鉆進(jìn)傾角范圍大,可用于錨固鉆孔施工、淺層取樣鉆進(jìn)及工程勘察施工。
[Abstract]:The support of high slope is a complicated technique in geotechnical engineering field. The technique of rock and soil anchoring can simplify the structure system, improve the stability of the structure, save the material, shorten the time limit, and make the cost reasonable, because it can make rational use of the strength and self-stability of the rock and soil, and can simplify the structure system, improve the stability of the structure and save the material. It has become a widely used method of high slope support. In the Anchorage construction of high slope, the construction of anchor cable hole is difficult. On the one hand, the requirement of drilling precision is high, the formation condition is usually more complicated, and the drilling is difficult; on the other hand, because of the high distance between the face and the ground, scaffolding is needed, so the working face is small. Drilling rig in position, difficult to shift, can only use light drilling machine construction, drilling capacity is limited. High slope anchoring requires drilling rig to meet the following requirements: strong adaptability to the construction site, reliable work, light, good separation, can be installed on the scaffold, with higher drilling efficiency and drilling quality, strong accident prevention and treatment ability, etc. This paper summarizes the difficulties existing in drilling construction of high slope Anchorage engineering and its requirements for drilling rig performance, and briefly describes the types, performance characteristics and representative types of anchor drilling rigs at home and abroad. The light drilling rig used in the Anchorage support engineering of high slope is analyzed, and the practical application, advantages and disadvantages of the existing models and the future development direction are expounded. Based on the analysis of the drilling ability and structural characteristics of the first type anchor drill, which has been widely used in actual construction production, the improved design is put forward to further improve the modularization design of the drill rig. Aluminum alloy is used as component material to greatly reduce the quality of drilling rig assembly, and the finite element analysis of drilling rig parts is carried out by using Solid Works Simulation software. The drill rig designed in this paper is divided into four modules: main engine, power station, operating platform and drilling rig support frame. The quality of other modules is controlled in 80kg except the power station. It has the advantages of small quality, modular structure, compact structure of each module, convenient disassembly and assembly, easy handling, full hydraulic drive, electrodeless speed regulation, through hole structure of the main shaft of power head, convenient adding rod and inverted rod, The mainframe can be connected directly with scaffolding, and the drilling rig can be installed and positioned during the Anchorage construction of high slope. With the support frame module, the rig can be constructed on the surface of the earth, and the drilling angle range is wide. It can be used for anchoring drilling, shallow sampling drilling and engineering investigation.
