高溫下巖石損傷本構(gòu)模型研究

【摘要】:利用連續(xù)損傷理論和統(tǒng)計(jì)強(qiáng)度理論,根據(jù)巖石微元強(qiáng)度服從Weibull隨機(jī)分布的特點(diǎn),定義了彈性模量為巖石熱損傷變量,推導(dǎo)了巖石的熱損傷演化方程,引入巖石應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變曲線特征參量,同時(shí)考慮了巖石全過程應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變曲線的峰值條件和幾何條件,建立了溫度效應(yīng)下巖石的損傷統(tǒng)計(jì)本構(gòu)方程,并通過試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著軸向應(yīng)變的增加,巖石損傷經(jīng)歷演化、穩(wěn)定擴(kuò)展、損傷加速,直至破壞四個(gè)階段;隨著溫度的增加,巖石的初始熱損傷不斷加劇,600℃是花崗巖熱損傷的閥值點(diǎn);損傷本構(gòu)理論曲線與試驗(yàn)曲線較吻合,所建立的本構(gòu)模型在巖石峰值前后的擬合明顯高于傳統(tǒng)方法,但也存在一定的偏差,可能由于在方程建立及參數(shù)的確定過程中,進(jìn)行的假設(shè)和忽略對方程的精度產(chǎn)生了影響,本文的研究對建立高溫三軸狀態(tài)下的巖石損傷本構(gòu)模型具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the continuous damage theory and statistical strength theory, according to the characteristics of Weibull random distribution of rock microelement strength, the elastic modulus is defined as the rock thermal damage variable, and the thermal damage evolution equation of rock is derived. The characteristic parameters of stress-strain curve of rock are introduced, and the peak and geometric conditions of stress-strain curve of rock are considered, and the statistical constitutive equation of rock damage under temperature effect is established. The experimental results show that with the increase of axial strain, the rock damage evolves, expands steadily, accelerates the damage, and increases with the increase of temperature. The initial thermal damage of rock is increasing at 600 鈩,
