大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐高承臺(tái)樁基沉降特性及隔震效果分析

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,資源需求的快速膨脹,高效環(huán)保型LNG能源在我國(guó)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。為保障我國(guó)LNG的供應(yīng)和儲(chǔ)備,我國(guó)大多采用大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐對(duì)其進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)。大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐具有大直徑、大體積、質(zhì)量大等特點(diǎn),對(duì)地基基礎(chǔ)要求較高。在大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐工程建設(shè)中基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)尤為重要。本文依據(jù)天津某LNG接收站工程實(shí)例,采用巖土工程專業(yè)數(shù)值模擬軟件FLAC3D建立數(shù)值模型,模擬樁基工作原理,分析樁基工作性質(zhì)。從大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐下樁基沉降計(jì)算方法、布樁方式、隔震設(shè)計(jì)三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,并提出可行的合理化建議,為今后類似工程提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考。在查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上本文所做工作如下:(1)總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的樁基沉降計(jì)算方法,并進(jìn)行分析與評(píng)價(jià)。采用等代墩基法、修正等代墩基法、荷載傳遞法、對(duì)樁基沉降進(jìn)行計(jì)算,建立FLAC3D數(shù)值模型,模擬樁基沉降,最終得出模擬沉降結(jié)果。(2)采用變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)理念,通過改變樁長(zhǎng)、樁距等方法調(diào)整樁基不均勻沉降。運(yùn)用巖土工程專業(yè)數(shù)值模擬軟件FLAC3D建立兩組大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐高承臺(tái)樁基調(diào)平方案。分析得出:兩組不同方案下樁基沉降均呈現(xiàn)內(nèi)大外小的“碟型”分布特征,與以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)相吻合。增加樁長(zhǎng)可以有效的減小樁基沉降,對(duì)樁基不均勻沉降作用效果較小。非等間距布樁下,局部加強(qiáng)結(jié)合長(zhǎng)短樁布樁方式不但有效的減小了群樁基礎(chǔ)的沉降量,在控制差異沉降中也有明顯的效果,為最理想的變剛度調(diào)平方案。(3)分析實(shí)際地震記錄天津波、唐山波、EL-Centro波和Taft波作用下,加入隔震設(shè)計(jì)前后承臺(tái)位移變化和速度變化。加入隔震墊的承臺(tái)位移峰值和速度峰值有明顯下降趨勢(shì)。其結(jié)果充分說明了隔震層起到了很好的隔震效果,大幅度減小了承臺(tái)的地震響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid expansion of resource demand, efficient and environment-friendly LNG energy has been widely used in China. In China, large LNG tanks are mostly used to store them. Large LNG tanks are characterized by large diameter, large volume and large quality. The foundation is very important in the construction of large LNG storage tank. According to the example of a LNG receiving station in Tianjin, the numerical model is established by using the numerical simulation software FLAC3D of geotechnical engineering, and the working principle of pile foundation is simulated. The working property of pile foundation is analyzed. The settlement calculation method of pile foundation under large LNG storage tank, pile layout method and isolation design are optimized and analyzed, and some feasible rational suggestions are put forward. It provides experience and reference for similar projects in the future. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures at home and abroad, the work done in this paper is as follows: 1) summing up the common calculation methods of pile foundation at home and abroad, and analyzing and evaluating them. Modified equivalent pier foundation method, load transfer method, calculate pile foundation settlement, establish FLAC3D numerical model, simulate pile foundation settlement, finally get simulated settlement result. Finally, adopt variable stiffness leveling design idea, by changing pile length, The non-uniform settlement of pile foundation was adjusted by means of pile spacing and other methods. Two groups of large LNG storage tank high cap pile foundation leveling schemes were established by using the numerical simulation software FLAC3D of geotechnical engineering. It was concluded that the settlement of pile foundation in two groups of different schemes showed a large internal size. Small "disc" distribution, In accordance with previous experience, increasing pile length can effectively reduce the settlement of pile foundation, and has little effect on uneven settlement of pile foundation. The method of local strengthening combined with long and short piles not only effectively reduces the settlement of pile group foundation, but also has obvious effect in controlling the differential settlement. It is the most ideal leveling scheme of variable stiffness to analyze the actual seismic recorded Tianjin wave. Under the action of EL-Centro wave and Taft wave, Before and after the design of isolation, the displacement and velocity changes of the cap are changed. The peak displacement and velocity of the cap with the isolation cushion have an obvious downward trend. The results show that the isolation layer has a good isolation effect. The seismic response of the cap is greatly reduced.
